Hi, Welcome to Raccoon Retreat!

This is a house that you will be able to come to unplug, unwind and reconnect with family, friends and all of what nature has to offer.
The home is located within the ‪Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area‬. Here you will have the opportunity to take advantage of hiking trails, waterfalls, swimming, zip lining, fishing, horseback riding, canoeing and kayaking, as well as skiing or snowtubing during the snowy season. Though you get to experience nature here, you are only a short drive away from restaurants, casino, shopping and also water parks.

The entire home is all yours!
Our three story home sits on a one acre wooded lot. In the event you are just wanting to get away to hunker down here, we have designed the space to feel cozy and warm. You will find a full kitchen ready for you to prepare some home cooked meals, three bedrooms, two baths, a soaker tub and a deck for miles!

The home has a private driveway with plenty of space for up to 5 vehicles.

Please respect our home. A lot of heart has gone into creating this space and the hope is every new guest will get to enjoy the space as if they were the first!
Things to note:

•There is a smart TV in the main living space for internet use or streaming (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc) purposes
•Because the property is located in a wooded area, you will likely see a few bugs (especially in the summer months) bug and insect repellent candles are provided.
•The plumbing is sensitive so please flush only toilet paper
•Please do not put any food or grease down the sink (or toilet)
•To keep our home clean we ask that your shoes are left at the door
•Living room ceiling fan is controlled with a remote control
•Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms
•Upon booking guest will be asked to provide the first and last name of all guests staying at the property as well as the make/model/year and license plate number for each vehicle parking at the home
•Guest should only park in the driveway. Street parking is prohibited
•No parties (no unregistered guests) or events allowed
•For extra cozy comfort on chilly nights each bed is lined with a heated mattress pad
•Fireworks are prohibited
•No loud music or talking outside after 11:00pm
•For the safety and security of our guests and the property, this home has security cameras located at the entrances
•Smoking is prohibited on the property

A three night minimum stay is required for all holidays and summer months.
