Our stay at Lakeberry was exceptional. The home was beautifully maintained and equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. Communication with Jose and Jennifer exceeded expectations — they are attentive and gracious hosts. The surrounding area is stunning, with deer frequently in the area and passing through the property. We especially enjoyed the relaxing hot tub and cozy fireplace. With Bushkill Falls only five minutes away, this location is ideal for both relaxation and exploration. The beautiful Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area is also right in the area. We highly recommend it.

We had a great time! Loved the close proximity to the lake and of course the hot tub was a huge hit. If I were to state a negative I would be the overall square footage is less then anticipated. The TV viewing area really only accommodates 5 people comfortably. The pictures on line were very deceiving.

Our family had an amazing stay at Lakeberry!! It was so refreshing to be in this beautiful home tucked away in the mountains with a lake view. The kids loved the sweet family of deer that visited daily. We enjoyed peddle boating, canoeing, fishing and hiking, then relaxing in the hot tub and screened in porch in the evenings. Jose and Jennifer were lovely and made sure we had everything ahead of our stay. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. It was a perfect spot for our family getaway (4 adults and 4 kids). Highly recommend!!

Girls weekend

We had a great stay with no one yelling “mom” at us. The rooms were comfortable, the view was great. It snowed/rained for us but the game table more than made up for it. Great property to stay at.

Lakeberry is a great place to come and visit. It's located in the great Pocono Mountains, next door from Old Mallard (also a lakefront rental) and 3 houses away from Olibear, our other lakefront home. You'll find that you are surrounded by luxury amenities like Hot Tub, fast internet and Smart TVs, secure electronic locks and many other items for your entertainment needs, as well as comfortable spaces inside to enjoy with friends or loved ones!

You will have 100% access to this private lakefront home, parking and backyard with a view of the water from your very own deck. You can enjoy kayaking or fishing on it's 0.6 acres while you're there!

The property has everything you need for a great stay. You will have access to the community center as well which has a Gym, Tennis, Basketball Courts, library, bar, etc with our private guest tags. INDOOR AND OUTDOOR heated Pool access.

You'll be able to take advantage of this beautiful setting while enjoying some coffee from our gourmet bar or chilling in a hot tub with your favorite wine or reading one if its many books available on site! This 3-bedroom home provides enough space so everyone can have their own room without feeling too far apart.

One of our unique benefits is our guest service, attention to detail and fully supported set up at the house so you don't feel like you need anything when you are on vacation. Leave all that to us and you just worry about making sure everyone is smiling!

This beautiful waterfront lake house is located in Bushkill, PA within the Pocono Mountain Lake Estates (PMLE) community and near all major attractions, including Shawnee (20 mins) and Camelback (40 mins) in the Winter, water parks like Aquatopia and Kalahari and much more. It's about 5 miles from the Delaware River and Bushkill Falls.

Our family has enjoyed many summers at this home with our kids and it’s an ideal all-year getaway spot.
