近年、最近の塗料、新しい家電製品（洗濯機乾燥機、冷蔵庫、コンロ、食器洗い機）が完全に更新されました。 6〜7名様まで快適です.3つのベッドルーム、2つの新しいフルサイズベッド、3つ目のベッドルームにはフルサイズのベッドに変換する布団があります。 後者は晴れやかな部屋なので、屋内の日没を楽しみ、読書や仕事にもプライバシを持たせるための別の共通のエリアとして設計されています。 家には最大5つの専用駐車スペースがあり、ピクニックテーブルと屋外パティオの家具を備えた広い庭があります。 家にも身障者がいます。

家は文字通りビーチまで徒歩11分、ハイアニスの中心部まで徒歩5分です。そこには100ヵ所近くのブティックショップ、レストラン、バー、ライブミュージックのあるナイトクラブ、JFKパーク＆ミュージアムがあります。 この方法では、街中に車を毎時動かす必要はありません。

The listing states check in at 2, however, mgr told us it is 4. The house is fine if you like to clean. Dishwasher does not work. (sheets smelled so badly that we had to wash them before using, towels are mildew, so you may want to bring your own. There is so much dirt in the air vent that it was blowing out.). The grill and outside table was so dirty we didn’t use either. When I contacted the property mgr, I was told to only email them for emergencies. I wasn’t able to open the old rusty lock box. Is that considered an emergency? We invited guests to stay the night. The 3rd bedroom has a futon it is hard as a rock. It is not suitable for sleeping. There is not a single bureau, dresser or table to place luggage or clothing in any bedroom. Living room has a small sofa, tv and coffee table. It does not accommodate the number of people mention on the listing. Positive is closed to area beaches and a 15 minute walk to Main St. washer and dryer works great.

Schöne Basis für einen Urlaub auf Cape Cod. Das Haus liegt innerhalb 10 Minuten Fahrweite mehrerer schönes Strände. Hyannis Main Street und Hafen in 5 bzw. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, mit sehr vielen schönen Läden und Restaurants in verschiedenen Preisklassen.

Everything was perfectly clean and as described. We did have an issue with the air conditioner but the homeowner was great with communication and the issue was resolved.

Comfortable, well appointed home with great beds!

Enjoyed everything about our stay. Great location wishing walking distance of Main St and the Hyannis Harbor. House was clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were super comfortable! Only complaint was that all the outdoor trash bins were nearly full upon our arrival for 12 nights. Made managing the trash during our stay a little inconvenient. Might have just been an oversight and really didn’t spoil our stay. Would definitely stay here again when we return.

Good trip

The house was clean and an easy walk to main street and an uncrowded beach. The beach and water were a little seaweedy, but we enjoyed it for sunning and wadding.

Cute place needs better communication

The house was cute and the bedrooms were big, however there was no place to put clothes for a long stay (no dressers, small closet with barely to no hangers). The manager did not communicate that the washer was no working till 9 PM the night before we were to check in, along with not notifying us of power/lights not working in one bedroom. Limited sitting in living room if more than 3 are staying someone ends up sitting at dinning room table or uncomfortable chair. Difficulty trying to check-in due to wrong code provide and difficulty getting in touch with manager especially after long drive to location.

Great option for families

My husband and I stayed here with our two children (both under 10) for a week-long vacation. I appreciated the fact that the kids could both have their own room, and it was a really comfortable place to come back to relax after a day at the beach. Having access to Netflix and watch a movie at the end of the day gave the kids (and us) some down time at the end of the day. The location is perfect; the house is ~15 minutes walk from Keyes Memorial beach, so we avoided the need for the beach parking pass and just loaded up our wagon in the morning for an easy walk over. It was also easily walkable to Main Street restaurants. The owners were wonderful; we had a couple of questions on the check-in day and they responded and resolved them right away even though I think they themselves were also on vacation. Highly recommend this place to families visiting the area!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

To start, we are a family of 6 so we know we are a lot to house. The house is smaller than we were thinking but decided on this house because of the location. It is perfectly located right off Main Street in Hyannis and a simple 5 minute walk. The house is clean and exactly as described. It is missing some amenities that could make for a better stay (no dressers, limited counter space) but again, for the price, you can't beat it. Large fridge and the owner supplies towels, linens and water. Great washer / dryer which we definitely needed. One bathroom was tough for us but its a great shower. Went to Craigsville beach every day which was less than 10 minute drive. Overall, great house for the price! Thank you

Charmante maison au cœur d’Hyannis

Le 22 Alden way se retrouve au cœur d’un charmant quartier situé à quelques minutes de l’animée Main St et à moins d’un kilomètre de plusieurs attraits tels que le Yacht Club, la Legacy Trail, le JFK museum et des plages urbaines. Notre famille de 6 personnes s’est prélassé dans cette grande maison très bien équipée (lave-vaisselle, la rude-sécheuse, équipement de cuisine). La grande cour arrière est devenu un beau terrain de jeu pour allonger les journées. L’hôte est attentionnée!

Location gets 10 stars!

We'd never been to Hyannis before and it's got to be one of the greatest towns on the Cape. Definitely walk from the house don't even worry about driving and parking. Great walk to the beach, too!

Great location

Close to the restaurants and beaches. We easily walked to Main Street where they have all the bars and restaurants. Place was clean and had a great sized backyard.

Hyannis getaway

The property is as advertised. Spacious, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The location can’t be beat. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the port of Hyannis. In addition it was super easy to travel around the cape. Nelly was easy to contact and responded quickly. I definitely recommend the property and would book again.
