In our house you will enjoy the comfort of a TV and an A/C in each bedroom supported with night lamps and private bathrooms., walk-in shower, open space living and dining area with a wall TV, fixed wall and portable fans, full kitchen equipped with postmodern appliances, pots including a rice cooker, utensils, plates, full set of knives for use in the kitchen, four burner gas stove and oven, washer unit with washer and dryer and clothes line for those who like to drip dry their clothes in the open sun, a computer workstation and universal charger for those who like to work while they play, all nestled in a beautiful garden with assortment of plants, exquisitely trimmed edges with a professionally manicured lawn and a gazebo for those who like to relax outdoors and enjoy nature, or good smoke.

I love this community for its serenity and 24/7 security, proximity to several beaches and opportunity for nature walks. and access to postmodern living. For example: Food courts, banks, shoping malls and major utility companies are just a few minutes' drive away. The city of Kingston is only 15 minutes' drive, and Norman Manley International Airport is 30 minutes away.

My property is unique because of the love we put into keeping it sparkling clean, developing the aesthetics of a garden to ensure a safe, relaxing, and comfortable environment. For example: Instead of putting up a concrete security fence, we establiished a beautiful verge around the perimeter and planted living plants on the inside around our house and built a gazebo with outdoor furniture adding more space for the physical comfort of our guests and installed 24/7 outside security cameras for additional safety.
