Guest Access/Interaction:
Guest may gain access to the house anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The house is setup completely for guest use and everything in the house is accessible to guests with the exception of a locked laundry room utility closet. We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises. The listing is setup exclusively for guest use. We are just a message/call away if you need assistance or suggestions of things to do in the area!

It was cozy and nostalgic to stay in my childhood home, love the new things and updates that have been done with the place, like the bathroom skylight and central air and also love that some things were left just as they were, the brick fireplace and flooring. Really enjoyed the stay, thank you.

The place was a perfect location for us close to NE Palm Bay and the beach. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and the neighborhood was quiet and nice walk.

Nice House

Generous 2-bedroom space with large closets. Close to a park and water, good for walking your dog and viewing the lagoon. Shaded rear deck and sunny patio.

Super cute little place! We are in love with this little yellow beachy bungalow. Inside is also so cute. Very colorful funky decor and comfy. 100% will stay again if we find ourselves in Melbourne. About 7 min from FIT, 4 min from downtown! Great location. Host super helpful and communicative. Overall 10/10

This house was cute and we loved the nearness of the river where we could go for walks! I loved the selection of books & games. The house is a little musty and could be cleaned more thoroughly though. If those two things were taken care of, I think this could be a 5 star rental!

Loved this cute little house. My husband and I stayed here while visiting our son and DIL. Kitchen is small but had everything I needed to prepare and host dinner. We enjoyed outdoor grilling and dining in the backyard. Quiet and friendly neighborhood was a beautiful place to walk each evening. Host was excellent communicator for the few questions we had. You will not notice that this house allows pets. It was soo clean and comfortable. The only reason I gave a 4 for value / price is that we paid higher fees for spring break week.

Everything was great. There is a coat rake in the front bedroom that fell over constantly and would come apart. If it was broken when it fell please feel free to bill it to the insurance I purchased when booking my stay.

Me and my family stayed for 6 nights. It was a perfect location. So close to the beach. It was a nice house. The only complaint i have is it is a bit musty. So if that was fixed, I would give it a 5 star rating. I am not sure we could stay again because of that. I am very sensitive. But if they found the source and fixed it, we would stay yearly!

Vraiment déçus… pour un long séjour!

Depuis 3 ans que nous louons avec VRBO pour Melbourne, Florida. Nous changeons de domicile chaque année en prenant ce qui est disponible pour les dates voulues. C’est la première fois que nous soyons déçus de notre choix. Cette année, nous y sommes restés pour 2 mois de Janvier à Mars 2025. À l’arrivée, la maison n’était pas propre. Le seul confort de cette demeure, les lits. Toutes les assises sont inconfortables, chaises de salle à manger défoncées. Les électros de cuisine sont désuets, particulièrement la cuisinière dont le four est rouillé et encrassé. Nous avons dû réparer la table de cuisine car le dessus ne tenait plus sur son assise. De même que le dessus de la table extérieure. Plusieurs éléments de décoration s’avèrent inutiles et pas vraiment jolis. L’environnement serait agréable si ce n’était de tous les bruits; trains à environ 1000 pieds, la route 1A dont le traffic est très bruyant, les avions qui circulent régulièrement. Et le système de chauffage/climatisation ne répond pas adéquatement aux fluctuations de température. D’ailleurs, ce système est très bruyant lui aussi. Notre bonne note s’adresse à Pedro le manager et Claire son assistante. Ils ont essayé de rendre ce séjour plus agréable. Mais leurs efforts ne pouvaient tout régler. Dommage car cette vieille demeure pourrait avoir beaucoup de charme si l’ameublement était plus confortable et fonctionnel. Mais pour le bruit, malheureusement, personne ne pourra y remédier.
