With brand-new flooring, lighting, appliances, cabinets, and countertops, this suite has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Start your day off right with a cup of coffee overlooking the pool and Waiakea Pond.

This studio/condo is located on the first floor of the beautiful Waiakea Villas in Hilo, with on-site 24/7 security.

One queen-sized bed and a
futon sofa bed that can be converted to a twin bed.

Essential kitchenware, including a pot, pan, rice cooker, electric cooktop, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. A coffee maker and toaster are also provided.

There is an outdoor dining table for three on the balcony.

A new 40-inch smart TV, and desk workspace. Enjoy high-speed free Wi-Fi.

An additional towel fan is provided. ( No AC)

It is only a 5-minute drive from Hilo Airport, and within 1-5 minutes of shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, food trucks, farmers' markets, and downtown Hilo.
