This cute place was perfect!!! Had everything we needed and yes there’s A/C. Some of the listings don’t offer A/C so this was a plus. Close to everything and felt very safe for my 83 yr old mother I was traveling with.

Beautiful home!!

This is a beautiful home and everything we needed and more!! We travel home a couple times a year and typically stay in a hotel but this tops all places. Modern, comfortable, clean, & in a convenient location to Hilo. Our family loved it and will be staying here when we are in Hilo again!!

check in was very easy, but while the listing says the location has laundry, it did not say that we had to pay for laundry and that it isn't in the unit. there is also only a small air conditioner that doesn't cover the entire unit. plenty of towels and comfortable beds though and they provided water and snacks.

We arrived around 9:00 pm, and everything was exactly as pictured and described. The property is nicely updated with a remodeled interior and has everything needed for a comfortable stay— a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee machine supplied with coffee pods (big plus for us), multiple sets of linens and towels, cleaning supplies, and very detailed instructions.One thing to keep in mind is that this is a condo in a larger complex, so not everyone is necessarily in “vacation mode.” The hot water supply is shared with multiple units, so it may take a few minutes to get hot water for a shower, especially during peak usage times.As mentioned in the listing, the laundry facilities are located in a separate building, so plan accordingly. A full cycle takes about 1½ hours, and you’ll need quarters or the laundry app (which requires a minimum 10 deposit).Another minor inconvenience is that the only AC unit is a portable one located in the living/kitchen area. We visited in early March, and the nights were quite cool, so we didn’t feel the need for additional AC units in the bedrooms.We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed it. The owner was very responsive and even flexible with our checkout time, which we appreciated.We would definitely stay here again!

Easy check in and out. Clean, had everything we needed, enough towels and supplies. Great location, walking distance to town. Easy, nice and comfortable.
