Just getting back from a fantastic trip to Rincon. Everything about the Villa was marvelous. From the ease of check-in. Even an early text (Your villa is ready 3 hours early) to the layout, amenities, and our welcome bottle of wine and water! Steps out our front door to the beach, beautiful pool, and wonderful meals on the third floor deck overlooking the ocean. Everything about this house and owner is five star.!

Fantastic property and location. Owner communication was top-notch. Major Bonus- there was an island-wide power outage for the last 2-3 days of our stay, but the owner’s solar power backup kept the lights, fridge and ceiling fans running seamlessly.

The best!

This home is 10/10! My family of 5 were very comfortable and did not need to purchase anything additional. It has everything we needed down to the most minimal thing like aquafore for my son dry skin. The process from start to finish was perfect and the owners were very responsive in questions and even suggestions on local places. We will book again. I would recommend to family and friends.

Wonderful house and location!

This property was amazing! It had everything you could need to get your stay started! We loved not having to pack anything for the beach other than our suits! We also appreciated the case of bottled water waiting for us on arrival. The property was very spacious and we loved sitting on the rooftop deck looking out over the beach! Villanicky was a wonderful location for our family Christmas vacation. Access to the beach was ideal and everything in the Rincon area is within a short drive. The property is filled with amenities and we especially loved the outdoor grilling area on the rooftop. A fantastic home to make memories - we recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing, beautiful place to vacation.

Me and my wife Nicky (this is where the name VillaNicky came from) purchased this home with the idea of retiring here someday. In the mean time, when we get a chance we are just as happy sitting on the beach chairs, catching the ocean breeze, sipping on pina coladas and leaving behind some of the everyday stress. We also enjoy waving our feet in the natural pool area known as the 'Posada' by the locals, and found It's always a joy to watch the breath taking sunset, while reflection on our 28 years of marriage. Hopefully in the near future we will find ourselves playing with our grandchildren along this beautiful stretch of beach in Rincon, Puerto Rico.



We came to Puerto Rico from Metuchen, New Jersey where we lived from 1984 til July 2001, moving to San Sebastain, PR and operating a family own Gas Station til this day. Since we still maintain a buzy schedule we decided that renting this villa out for a few weeks a year would be the perfect vacation rental for others to use when visiting Rincon. Its modern decor and extent of amenities provide the perfect atmosphere and comfort many vacationer with families such as you would desire on your get-away vacation. So if your planning a get away from it all vacation, then let our vacation home become your vacation home.

VillaNicky is a Condo located in Punta Del Mar beach village in Rincon, Puerto Rico. This property is in a 145 acre gated community and is very safe and children friendly. Near all the best surfing beaches like Sandy Beach, Marias Domes and Tres Palmas are nearby. Rincon is a beautiful Caribbean town full of lively, interesting people and beautiful landscapes. The beaches of Rincon are known as Puerto Rico's finest with picture perfect blue waters and an abundance of Caribbean palm trees. The mellow and friendly atmosphere will make you feel truly worry free and shift your clock to relaxation mode. This Villa has plenty of room and is located within walking distance of many bars/restaurants and even more within a short drive, you'll find yourself never needing to leave the local scene. Rincon is a quiet town away from the big cities, but we are close enough if you crave that city life. Mayaguez is just 20 minutes away with popular shopping, theaters, casinos and more. San Juan is about a 2.5 hour drive with amazing city life and a large international airport, while Aguadilla is usually the most convenient airport to fly into.
