Lovely, modern property looking out at the ocean. We particularly appreciated the three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths to accommodate our whole family.

Great location and comfortable stay

The house is very comfortable and clean. Great ocean view and walkable distance to the beach. Near to Rincon town and restaurants. Juan is a great host and has everything ready for our stay.

Great property steps from a wonderful beach

Rincon is an easy going place to enjoy sun, sand and surfers. This property makes it easy to indulge in all three.

Perfect location

Juan’s place is perfectly located with beaches/restaurants/and walking trails all out the front door. Very clean and comfortable with beach towels and coolers on site.

Great place

We had a great stay. The only negative is that there was only 1 bath towel per person and when I asked for more we were told they only provided 5 due to the max guest count of 5 people. There were no hand towels provided either…

Great time in Rincon!

This is a wonderful property in a great location, and included everything we need for our stay. The house was beautiful and immaculate, and perfect for our family. Black Eagle beach is right out the door, with great restaurants in walking distance. Rincon town center was a short drive, as well as all the other beaches in the area. Thank you Juan for sharing your lovely home!

Fantastic Family Getaway

Wonderful property, kitchen had everything we needed (breakfast, lunch and dinner also available across the street). Three comfortable bedrooms and the first floor patio was fabulous. Nice to have the pool even though we could walk to beach/snorkeling. Definitely hope to return again!

Perfect family stay

The unit was extremely comfortable for me and my wife and three boys. The unit had everything we needed for trips to the nearby beach and surrounding restaurants. The centralized location to surf spots, bars and beaches makes this unit perfect.

Wonderful home! Great location with amazing views!

Beautiful clean perfect home for a family to enjoy in a gated community. You can walk to many restaurants, a great family beach with snorkeling, horseback riding, Katarina day/sunset cruises and Taino divers. All the great surfing spots are minutes away. Or just sit on the lanai and take it all in with the local minor birds keeping you company.

Great location for the beach and snorkeling!

The property was great and the big deck is wonderful - we ate all our meals out there. And Juan is a very responsive host. The snorkeling right from the beach is amazing and the beach is gorgeous. It’s just a short walk to get to the beach. And we discovered that a gluten free restaurant is opening soon right across the street, so we’ll definitely be back. We really enjoyed our stay in Rincon and wish we’d stayed longer.

Great condo right near beach

Juan’s home is a great choice in Rincon. The condo was spotless upon our arrival and plenty spacious for 5. The kitchen is very well stocked - we especially appreciated the blender for homemade smoothies. There are lots of small touches to make your stay more enjoyable - extra blow up bed, beach towels, cooler, sun hats, tote bags, games, etc. The location Is great. Be sure to check out the new Juice Bar just down the street. We highly recommend This place!

I love Rincón, great place for surfing and sunsets. As for me, I enjoy outdoor activities such as mountain biking, snowboarding, surfing, hiking and camping. I went to college in New York and law school in West Virginia.

Great views, quiet community, close to great restaurants and less than a 30 minute drive to the Aguadilla Airport. The Rincón Marina and Steps beach are walking distance, i've enjoyed some memorable sunsets there, also on the beach is a paddle board/surf board rental company - you won't find a better exercise than that.

I have beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella and a cooler that you can take to the beach. The home has 3 bedrooms which include, one queen size, one full size and one single size bed. We have a pack' n play, a baby gate and a tub for babies. The house fits 5 people comfortably.
