Loft Apartment Historic Downtown Main Street Sylva

This loft apartment is unique to our area. The entrance is on Main Street in downtown Sylva, ground floor, with a wall of windows overlooking Mill Street one story down (no access from Mill Street). The high ceilings and exposed brick give the space an urban feel. Wifi is available. There is a smart TV set up with Netflix. A DVD player and DVDs are also available. There are games, puzzles, a ping pong table, swing, and books available for your enjoyment.

The loft is one open room, about 1,000 square feet, and includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room area, and sleeping area. Wall spaces can be created with the ping pong table to separate the sleeping area. The hanging bed is suitable for relaxing or sleeping for anyone comfortable with ladders and height. The closet is spacious and provides a changing area with a door. And yes, the swing will hold you.

The entire loft is yours alone. The hallway leading to front door is a shared hallway.

The loft was a fantastic stay. Located in the heart of downtown Sylva, it is close to nice restaurants and shops. The loft was comfortable with a nice view. Jenny was great to deal with and very responsive when needed. The decor was lovely and the swing was a focus point... :D This will be on the list to stay again.

Great location in heart of Sylva

We loved our stay at this loft apartment. So convenient to restaurants and bars. And we loved the rope swing!Can highly recommend Lucy in the Rye and Lulu's on Main.What a great little town Sylva is! Not as discovered and touristy as Highlands or Bryson City. We'll be back.

Mothers Day

Went camping up in nearby mountains for a couple nights. I remembered this Italian restaurant named ILDA in downtown Sylva we stumbled upon a couple years prior so had the idea of staying in Sylva and doing mom’s day dinner there. Hotels were booked…and weak anyhow. Went on VRBO and found the this gem. Two minute walk to ILDA dining and literally steps from Balsam Falls brewing and a few steps further to a killer next day breakfast at Lucy In The Rye. Parked my 25 foot Sprinter RV out front. Great location. Huge and fun loft with a big clean shower. Jenny was a dream to deal with. Will do again.

Visiting Daughter and Son-in-law

My wife and I spent the weekend here while visiting with my daughter and her husband. Fun vibe with the accommodation. Loved how it was right in town and we could walk to everything. Also an easy drive to Waynesville so we got to check that town as well. Nice to have the kitchen but with the coffee shop down the road and all the restaurants, we ate out instead of in.

Cute Spot

We enjoyed this condo and the town. My only suggestion would be to provide ear plugs or a sound machine to drown out the street noise when we were sleeping.

Perfect spot for downtown

My wife and I loved our stay at the loft in Sylva. It was in a perfect location to walk to all the great food and drink around town. It’s in the middle of the social district so we could grab a beer and walk around to all the fun stores and beautiful sights in town. Amazing place for sure!

The downtown space is as just right for my needs. Everything was within a block from the apartment & the room was comfortable.

Great for exploring nearby breweries

This loft is in the perfect spot to explore downtown Sylva. Everything is within walking distance, just park and walk, no need for an Uber! The loft was spacious if you are traveling with a couple more people, and clean. It’s an older building and has older building quirks but it’s a great space overall. We can’t wait to be back, hopefully not right after a hurricane.

Beautiful Loft

We needed a quick getaway, and this loft was the perfect place. Street noise wasn't even a problem. We could walk or ride our bikes to everything.
