Parties are not allowed and quiet time is strictly observed from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Smoking is not allowed inside of the apartments.
We allow pets of 5kgs or less.
Guest are allowed up to 40 kilowatts of electrical usage per day
Long term rentals are responsible for utilities (electrical)
