Welcome to Sea Level, a fully renovated and upgraded 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome located on the water in the quiet and picturesque Bonefish Yacht Club. This townhome offers beautiful views of the Bonefish Marina and the Atlantic Ocean from 2 spacious balconies, where you can enjoy your coffee watching the morning sunrise and relax with your favorite book in the afternoon shade. You may even catch a glimpse of a sunning manatee!

This stunning vacation home features 3 bedrooms, each with a king sized bed and its own ensuite bathroom, for the ultimate in comfort and privacy. The layout, with one bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms on the top floor, is perfect for a relaxing and luxurious stay for 3 couples or your entire family.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, from cookware to utensils, making it a chef’s dream come true. Make frozen cocktails in the blender before a night out or cook an entire gourmet meal and enjoy it in the comfort of your new home away from home.

The car port accommodates up to 2 cars with additional guest parking in the complex. The locked storage area off of the carport is available for your use and includes a bait freezer, beach chairs and toys, and extra room to store your fishing gear. There is a gas grill located in the carport for your use to enjoy your fresh catch, burgers and more.

Your stay at the Bonefish Yacht Club comes with exclusive access to a heated and chilled swimming pool with a shaded tiki area, lighted tennis/pickleball courts, a designated fishing area and fish cleaning station.

And, of course, high speed internet is available throughout the home, so you’ll never feel shipwrecked at Sea Level.

We loved our stay! The condo was beautiful and had a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and attached bathrooms were lovely and very comfortable. It was nice that each couple had their own space. We will be back!!!

We loved everything about this property! The townhouse was super clean, nicely renovated, very comfortable and well appointed. We also loved the heated pool. I would happily stay at this property again.

Bonefish Condo

Extremely NICE unit and very well supplied for your stay. We have stayed in many nightly rentals across the country, and we found this unit the nicest so far! Very roomy, clean and supplied very well. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a quiet setting in an upscale community at a fair price! We plan to come back! Thanks!

Great stay

We had a nice time staying at this property - it was extremely clean, well decorated, and in a peaceful location. We enjoyed relaxing on the balconies with a lovely marina view. Glen was quick to answer any questions we had and provided information when needed. Overall, we would definitely stay here in the future if we return to Marathon.

This is the one!

Amazing! Beautiful location, heated pool, comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen. Loved three bedrooms each with private baths. It couldn't have been better! We enjoyed every minute. Sunset views are great at Sunset Park. We got to see the Turtle Hospital release a turtle at Sombrero Beach. Check it out The stories of the rescued turtles are heartwarming.

Great location

The property was excellent for our family of 6 adults. We never felt crowded, beautiful views off balconies, and fully stocked kitchen that had we had breakfast and lunch in most days and a few dinners. That saved us a ton of money versus a hotel. Glenn is a great host and answered any questions I had quickly. This is a very nice place to go to Key West from also. Easy drive there and back for a day trip.

Beyond Expectations

It was such a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful place! Right when you walked in it felt so homey with the beautiful Christmas tree and beach decor combo the bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen had all the essential needs! even the neighbors were so friendly! 10/10 would recommend stating here!!

Nice condo but..

The location is a little isolated. There are no restaurants and bars to walk to. The pool was too small for the amount of people staying there (though it was spring break). And the adds indicated a Tiki Bar which was not functional.

Second perfect stay here

This was our second time staying here and it could not have been any better. Very clean and well appointed. Enjoyed morning coffee on the patio overlooking the harbor as well as evening cocktails. Beautiful in the light and beautiful in the dark. Made breakfast most morning and went out for early dinner/happy hours. Enjoyed the pool most days.

Bonefish Yacht Club

The Condo fit our needs to a T. We brought our son and daughter and their spouses to Florida for the first time. What a great week between fishing, boating, sunsets, great food at every stop, and pickle ball.. we had a blast. Definitely a trip to remember! A BIG thanks to the Mitchell's!

Quick Family Vacation

Everything was exceptional at this property. Our family enjoyed the setting and spent a lot of time in the heated pool. The short walk to the public beach area was nice but you do need to keep your shoes on at this beach. We had one very small issue but after talking to the owner, it was addressed nearly immediately to everyone's satisfaction. All six of us were comfortable and enjoyed our time there.

Family Christmas Getaway.

Everything was perfect. The property suited us wonderfully for my husband and our 4 kids. Everyone had a nice king size bed and their own bathroom. The decor is lovely, very tasteful, light and bright with just the right amount of “at the beach”. We had plenty of towels and even beach towels already there. There’s everything you could need in the kitchen. The view of the marina from the balcony is beautiful with all the boats in the harbor. Their were some manatees in the harbor one day. The location was great, just a turn off Hwy 1, a short drive down the street and we were there. I was concerned about not being right on the beach (like we have done in the past) but there was so much to go do and see, we actually preferred it. We took our kids to Aquarium Encounters (wonderful), the Turtle Hospital (very informative and important info), a fishing charter that left from Captain Hooks marina just down the road off Hwy 1. We also loved a little restaurant next to Captain Hooks, called Fish Tales. Good food, good prices, and plenty for everyone! By far, our favorite, was driving over 7 mi bridge to Bahia Honda State Park. The park is beautiful. You have beach on the East that is on the Atlantic side. When the water is calm, my kids had a blast snorkeling and looking for critters. They saw several conch shells, lobster, fish, and sea urchins. When the water was too rough on the East, you can go to the swimming area on the west side in the Gulf. The dive shop has a nice snack bar and rents snorkel gear, kayaks, etc. we had 8 days there and none of us were ready to leave!! We can’t wait to go back!

Stellar Stay!!!!

This property was immaculate. So cleanly. The kitchen has everything you need! Comfy beds. Beach towels. Beach chairs. I’ve never said this in a rating before but the style of decor and the art work…amazing. Perfect. We had the best time. Location was great for all of the tourist activities. Close enough…yet a nice distance from the crowds. Sitting on the decks with the amazing view…just can’t beat it. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay

My family of six adults stayed in this condo for a week while visiting the Florida Keys. What a beautiful place and it has a fantastic view. Very well appointed. There was not one thing we needed that was not there. Excellent communication. The area is quiet and the neighbors we did cross paths with were so very friendly. Grocery store and pharmacy were very close. There is a beach just down the road. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!!

Family vacation

We were extremely pleased with everything about this property. The owners provided beach towels, sunscreen, sunburn lotion, bug spray, and everything a family needs to have a great vacation after a flight from TX to FL. Marathon has everything you need but the distance to Key West was perfect and an easy day trip. We went twice! Plenty of excursions to partake in. We kayaked, went to the reef and snorkeled, and did jet skis. The community pool was NEVER busy and was chilled to a nice temperature after being in the heat all day! The dock area has amazing views of the sunset. The only thing we could not take advantage of was the tennis courts as we had no racquets. And the owner provides plenty of chairs to take to the beach. We’d highly recommend and will definitely stay here the next time we return to the FL Keys!

Best of the Best

This was perfect for our visiting family! It is close to our place, beautifully renovated, very comfortable, and sparklingly clean. Our family members only slept there, but they were very satisfied. We liked the price, too.
