Just a 5 minute walk to the beautiful/secluded Colonial Beach, this 2,100sqft house is designed for large family gatherings. Spend a day at the beach then relax in luxury with chic coastal farmhouse decor. Lounge on a large sofa, dine on an extended farmhouse table and relish the outdoor living space with a screened-in porch. In a central Cape Cod location with dining, shopping and even a nearby inflatable park. Renovated in April'24.
The Space:
** A Beach-Centric Beach House **
- Just a few minute walk to a beautiful neighborhood beach
- Beach chairs and beach towels provided
- Outdoor shower
- Private back deck with screened-in porch and outdoor sofas
- Brand new outdoor Weber grill
** Focused on Families--100% Kid-Friendly **
- Child closet with pack-and-play, bassinet and changing table.
- Safety first: low-crime neighborhood; ring cameras on both doors; cordless blinds
- Washer/Dryer
- Fully-stocked kitchen, stocked by folks who love to cook
- Large family room with 65" Smart TV
- 3-car driveway; plenty of free street parking
** Work-From-Home Compatible **
