This charming 5-bedroom/4-bathroom villa is located in the gated residence of Casa Linda, in the end of a quiet street, just a few minutes from down town Sosua.

This villa has everything you need:
- 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom is a private downstairs retreat from the rest with its own peaceful balcony.
- 4 bathrooms
- Air conditioning
- Cable TV
- Free Wi-Fi
- Private pool
- Fully-equipped kitchen
- Private parking

For larger groups, several other villas are available in this residence (for example p4687213, p4289446 and p4020707). Massive discounts can be offered during the low season, and according to other parameters (number of guests, duration of stay etc.)

A few house rules:
- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody anytime at no extra fee, respecting the maximum occupancy of 2 adults per bedroom).
- Pets are generally allowed, depending on number/type (details required).
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).

STUNNING!!!!!Breathtaking.

The property was outstanding. Well kept and impressive. The view from the infinity edge pool was amazing. The outdoor entertainment area was useful and impressive as well. Chef Anna was AMAZING!! The best, she. Liked for us twice, which was enough food for the four days. She was friendly and informative. Highly recommended. Our only issue was those damned electronic keys We returned home one night (morning) after s night out only to find that out front door keys didn't work. There was no one in the office and security didn't have keys. We had to have keys exchanged a few times, but that was nothing to stop me from returning. I would return tomorrow if I could. Fabio was timely in his responses and always made an effort to accommodate. Thanks

Nice and spacious house

It was a last minute trip and we decided to rent this villa because of the beautiful garden. The house is super spacious and had beautiful decor. My favorite part was the garden and the beautiful flowers and pool. We enjoyed our stay and we felt same in the gated community. There is a Deli/ store and a restaurant/ bar that deliverers to the villa and that was convenient. I would definitely stay in this villa again.

The property was absolutely as advertised. It was aparklike setting with fantastic grounds maintenance. Fabio and Enrico quickly dispatched any issues we had and were responsive to any questions that came up

Great place

Fabio was outstanding to rent from. Rent this place. Easy and convient check in, furniture and appliances updated; pool area is very nice and relaxing and lots of privacy. One minor hiccup was cable did not work in all bedrooms, otherwise great stay!
