This spacious home is cozy and warm, central heat and air with plenty of room for friends and family. Newly remodeled with two living spaces and a well appointed kitchen makes this place a enjoyable place to stay. The Rockwood Manito neighborhood is safe and family friendly with lots of dog walkers and runners. Stay comfortable all year around with energy efficient air conditioning options and a high-efficiency furnace, ensuring the home remains cool in summer and cozy in winter!
Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. This is a family oriented building. We have wonderful neighbors and ask that you please respect their right to peace and quiet. If there is any report of a disturbance, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. No refund will be given for the remainder of your stay, along with loss of security deposit.

Location and accommodations were good! Safe neighborhood with off street parking. Easy access to groceries, shopping and parks. Communication was excellent. Some VERY MINOR issues were fixed and/or taken note of by the manager. No complaints, only an overall positive experience.

The house is great! Fully stocked kitchen, very clean, nice amenities. The beds are comfy and there are plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The host is really nice and responds quickly to questions. I highly recommend this property. We will stay here again.

The property was clean and comfortable. The communication from the property manager was outstanding. We would stay here again. Only slight annoyance - the upstairs floor is very creaky (loud). Otherwise - we enjoyed a very comfortable stay.

Great little place to stay on South Hill. Close to most things we needed, host was great to deal with, clean and had all the amenities.Some road noise from the busy road to deal with but not hosts fault so not holding it against them.

I love the location and responsiveness of the host. I was disappointed in the kitchen gear, basic pots and pans and no dish towels. The dish towels were remediedBut I needed to get a peeler and tongs. The plastic spatula worked but I guess I am used to better gear.

Probably the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at. It also had very nice amenities including both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. Fluffy towels, lots of TV's and TV streaming options, and very responsive owner. 5 stars for sure!

My wife, brother and his spouse, and I had the best time. Great location, house was spacious and very tidy. The host was quickly responsive for any questions, and this absolutely made our weekend top notch!
