Welcome to Zion Retreat, your luxury getaway in the heart of Hurricane, Utah! This spacious and modern townhome at Zion`s Village comfortably sleeps up to 20 guests with 14 beds, making it perfect for family reunions, group adventures, and corporate retreats. Enjoy a private hot tub, garage game room, and access to the resort-style heated pool, lazy river, hot tub, and clubhouse.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, ample counter space, a large dining area, and a spacious kitchen island perfect for gathering with family and friends. Step outside to enjoy the private patio and BBQ grill after a day exploring Southern Utah.

The converted garage has been transformed into the ultimate game room featuring arcade games, air hockey, foosball, and ping pong for hours of entertainment. When it`s time to relax, soak in the private hot tub beneath the desert sky.

Our stay was great! The townhouse was as advertised with plenty of everything! Neighbors were a little loud after hours in their pool but we turned on lights and let them know they were being too loud and they quickly quieted down. Outdoor pool and lazy river was nice to have after a long day. Thankful to Host with offers to assist in making our stay more comfortable and for your quick responses to queries!

This property was amazing and perfect for our group! It was well stocked with everything you would need to cook for a large group and the community area at the clubhouse was a fantastic gathering/hangout spot. The host was so helpful and responded quickly when we needed anything. The game room in the garage was a nice bonus! I'm pretty sure the guys in our group spent a good chunk of time hanging out in there. We can't wait to stay here again!

This rental was very clean, provided all the dishes we needed to cook in house, and had entertainment for all ages! The pool was very close to the house and was great for our kids. I highly recommend this location!

Very fun place to stay!

Two families w/ kids 7-16 had a really great stay. The game room garage was huge hit and the community pool was super fun. We did a few nearby hikes and spent some time on the nearby reservoir as well. Great location. Busy, but manageable.

Amazing week long stay! We loved it!

We enjoyed our week long stay at this property so much as our "home away from home". This was our first experience with a vacation rental and it was amazing and we hope to be back in the future! (The only slight downside was the guns to the hunting arcade game wouldn't work, but such is life and that was not the end of the world to us)

It was perfect for our group. Looked exactly like in the pictures, clean, fresh and very well stocked and spacious. Location we knew is 40m from the Zion park so no surprises there. Community center is very nice and we used their spa a little bit. We didn't get a chance to use spa at the house.One interesting thing about the neighborhood is all (99%) short term stayers. That is mostly good imo.Didn't use much the game room setup in garage. Arcades have been abused there but air hockey seemed fine. There was other miscellaneous sports gear too that we didn't use. Major grocery store is not too far also.I would recommend it for larger families with kids as well as for group of friends.

Well loved property

Things our family of 6 liked: house had a nice layout, plenty of sleeping options, walkable distance to the clubhouse/pool, fun garage game, plenty of dishes, tubes for the lazy river, lots of towels.Things we didn’t love: the neighborhood was really busy and loud over the weekend, units are crowded on top of one another so you’re face to face with neighbors outdoors, games and things were broken or dirty…the basic sheets and dishes were clean but decorative pillows, soap dispensers, rugs etc were not. We enjoyed our time in the area and.appreciated the hosts good communication with us. We can tell this property gets good use for good reason.
