Fabulous and fun stay

This was our favourite rental so far in the past decade plus that we’ve been renting for vacations. The house was enormous, very clean, the kitchen well-stocked, and the pool was so warm (which we loved since the weather was cool). We would definitely come back! No concerns at all.

Very nice and clean, wee-maintained house with a private pool.

We had a great time staying at the house. The home was clean, well-maintained and had a nice yard with a heated private pool. Perfect house for a nice quiet getaway.

Lovely place and big enough for the whole family

Great property for a fun get together

This place was amazing. We really enjoyed it and had so much fun. We rented it for an all girls bachlorette party ( all family) and it was so nice and roomy. It was well stocked ( except for garbage sacks) and the pool and hot tub were so much fun. We would definitely suggest people to stay here.

So amazing!!

We enjoyed our stay and we were worried being such a big family that it maybe tight but it was perfect and so much more space to spare! The pool and backyard was fantastic for us to entertain. We will book again for sure!!!

Family time by the Pool!

We had the best stay. We went for a family birthday party. The pool and backyard were perfect. Adults and kids alike had such a great time. The inside of the house is so roomy and inviting. Lot's of lounge and play area. Thank you! We have saved and will be back!

Good for a large group

Very nice property, spacious and quiet. Not a lot of paper towels, toilet paper or trash bags (we had to buy more of all). Pool is not cooled, but still refreshing in 108 heat.

Sand hollow getaway jewel

Our vacation was indeed memorable! We had a great time, hardly left the house. The pool was amazing, the 9ft deep end was nice for diving, the kids had a great time. The bbq grill worked great. All the amenities were even better than described! The kitchen was fully equipped with dinnerware, pots and pans. The bedroom and bathrooms fully equipped with linens and towels. I want to point out the atmosphere of the house was so calming and peaceful, it made us feel relaxed and very comfortable. It was a wonderful experience. We can’t wait to come back again for our next family vacation! Will refer to family and friends! This is really a vacation gem!!

We loved the pool and hot tub, they were perfect temperatures. The kids doesn’t mist if their time in there. The BBQ grill worked excellently, and so did the evening around the fire pit. It was wonderful. We had tons of room and had a great time! Too short was the only problem. We enjoyed being close up the sand dunes and hit there with the side by sides 2 days also.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: OUTSTANDING home. Spotlessly clean, organized, and great floorplan. The rental agency was so great to work with and easy to get in touch with for the minor issues we had getting settled. We will revisit this home for sure!!! Thank you for a great vacation.

Overall a nice place

Overall the family had a nice time here. The pool was the best part about the house with all the kids! There is a landing pad in the corner of the pool which was amazing for the smaller kids. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not the best. There were two bedrooms we needed to rewash sheets in because they were not clean and a bathtub that needed to be scrubbed because it was still dirty. The outside patio area was also left a mess from the previous guests. The area was not swept at all and the table was dirty and sticky. All in all, we all still had a good time and enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood is nice as well!

The property looks bigger in the pictures. The hot tub and pool where not warm. We had to have someone come to the house because the control to the hot tub and pool was not working. Even after they came the hot tub and pool did not stay at the set temperature. There was not enough toilet paper for the duration of the stay. Overall the property was nice and we had a great time.

The home is beautiful and in a great neighborhood.

We had to search for the TV remote to the front room TV. We found it down between the chair and couch and along with the remote as we were searching, we found food and crumbs. The toilet paper holder in the upstairs bathroom was broken so the toilet paper roll was just sitting on the counter. We found the 2 parts of the holder and fixed it. Overall it was a beautiful home and a fun weekend get away with our family! The pool was great and my grandkids had a fun time swimming, however the pictures on VRBO show a waterfall with lighted jets of water over the pool - that was not the case. After an email to the property manager we found out that Apparently the homeowner turns those things off for safety reasons? The pictures on VRBO of the pool are not accurate and very misleading .

Hurricane UT VRBO Rental

The property was everything I expected. The amenities were outstanding & the instructions on how to use the pool, hot tub & grill were very clear & easy to follow. The facility easily accommodated the 8 adults & 2 children in our party. Additionally, there was plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, towels & appliances for our use. The only concern I had was, when we arrived, the front door was open & the outside trash was not emptied. Aside from those minor things we are totally satisfied. Great Property!!

Fun home to stay in!

The pool and hot tub were a lot of fun! The house was amazing, very spacious. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels and pool toys! My one negative was, I had a hard time working the TV because I do not subscribe to cable, and could not figure out how to get the Roku to work for streaming.(couldnt find instructions in house for this). This didnt effect our stay and 100% own this as opperator error. But I did request they put that in the house for visitors like me who are cable challenged. I would recommend this property and Red Rock Vacation Rentals PM.
