Wonderful place and beautifully maintained. My mom stayed while she was visting and had a terrific experience. Safe, welcoming, clean, well equipped and in a charming neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Week stay

We love staying at heidi’s properties and this neighborhood is so quiet, gorgeous and calm. we loved having a full kitchen and washer & dryer on the property. we also love the free bikes for use & the easy check in and check out process. our 2nd time staying and we usually come every year so we will be back! the location is super convenient & we love the houses!

5 night stay in Culver City

Our stay here was everything we could have wanted! The cottage itself was exactly as described, very clean and had everything we needed. The outside space was great and we made use of the bikes which was great. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Will stay again when return to Culver City

The Cottage was modern, beautifully decorated, and clean with a full kitchen and a shared washer/dryer (especially convenient for people whose goal is to travel only with a carry-on bag). Location was great - very walkable and the bikes provided by the Host were convenient for longer distances. Neighborhood was quiet and had an abundance of lovely flower gardens. Checkin and out was easy and simple- Host even provided detailed instructions for door lock entry. Stay here if you can!

Comfy cottage in Culver City

Perfect location for our stay with easy street parking on quiet street. Yummy Jackson Deli just a short walk down the street. Very clean, nice porch and fenced in small front yard.

Wonderful place!

I can't tell you how great this place is! Perfect little cottage, super clean, with everything you might need. Great quiet neighborhood, close to all kinds of things in Culver City. Heidi was lovely to deal with and easy to contact. I would recommend this sweet place to anyone! I can't wait to stay here on my next trip!

Visiting nearby family

This complex is a beautifully appointed gem!We have stayed in both of the street facing duplex units and they are wonderful. The only surprises are good ones… great beds, well equipped kitchens, hooks where you need them etc. the neighborhood is quiet and very pretty.Parking is easy. Thank you Heidi!

Great location, clean, comfortable

This is a small cottage superbly located on a small cul-de-sac within easy walking distance of downtown Culver City. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The unit is small and the laundry machine is outside and shared with another unit. It was too cold during our stay in December to use the fire pit and soaking tubs but they looked appealing. If you plan to use the bicycles with a small child bring a baby seat and bike helmet. Easy check in, great stay, and responsive communication with the owner!

AMAZING !

Incroyable séjour chez Heidi. Tout était parfait : - le quartier : très calme - la maison : parfaite (équipement, literie, décoration, jardin…) - la possibilité de stationner gratuitement des véhicules et de façon simple - la mise à dispo gratuite des vélos La seule chose que nous n’avons pas utilisé c’est les baignoires du fait de la météo (trop frais fin octobre) En synthèse, allez y les yeux fermés. Moi en tout cas c’est là que je relouerais si je dois retourner à LA…

Pleasantly Surprised!

We had a wonderful stay in this cute cottage nestled in a pleasant neighborhood in Culver City. My husband were there to visit our son in school and appreciated all the extras offered like the coffee & snacks. Our host was responsive to my texts and she made check in and check out SUPER easy. It was nice to have a work space for business he hadn't planned to do. We espeically appreciated the bikes made available for our enjoyable bike ride to the beach. We even stopped at the cute cafe down the street for breakfast. We have nothing but great things to say about our stay. We hope to have a reason to return in the future. Thank you for making this space available for us.

Daughter visit

We rented this place to be close to our daughter for a quick visit. The apartment was perfect for us. Clean, well appointed, comfortable. The listing was very accurate. The location was quiet but just blocks away from all the action. We'll definitely be back!

Loud neighbors

The property and host were great but unfortunately, the second night, we were kept up for HOURS by people next door having a party well after 11pm. I had to call the police at 1am. It kept my granddaughter up and practically ruined our next day we were all so tired. We ended up coming home and foregoing the last night I had paid for. It’s a duplex so you can hear EVERYTHING

Hi! I have lived in Culver City my entire life, and love to host new visitors to our charming town in a big city. I am down to earth and love the outdoors. I especially like hiking, yoga and biking along the beach (yes, we have great hiking spots in Los Angeles!). I am a single mom and took my son on his first overseas trip at the age of 2! Now in high school he loves to travel as much as I do. We still live in Culver City and we'd be honored to host you as our guest in our Sunny Cottage Home!

Our family has enjoyed living in each of the different units at one time or another throughout the years. It truly is a special place on a unique street and we'd love to share it with you.

Culver City has recently become at hot spot in Los Angeles, and the Cottage is located in the best part of Culver City. Originally built in the 1920's as movie studio housing, the Cottage Triplex has a rich heritage connected to the beginning of "Hollywood's" Golden Age. Each unit is also surrounded by a large beautifully landscaped garden which is unusual for Culver City, especially Los Angeles. And everyone falls in love with the cool ocean breeze we are lucky to have on our side of the street. It generously cools the house creating a relaxing garden oasis in the middle of a creative, bustling vibrant city.
