Enjoy yourself at this one-of-kind Victorian cottage on the historic Vermilion River surrounded by beautiful Louisiana live oak trees. Feel free to enjoy the boat dock for fishing or your personal watercraft. The unique home features a king bed, a double sleeper sofa, a single sleeper sofa and a fully-stocked kitchen. Guests are free to enjoy swinging in the gazebo next to the picturesque pond. The property is private and secluded yet centrally located- mere minutes from all of Lafayette.

Total peace

The entire place makes you never wanting to leave.much so we dined every night on the deck.family over for a steak.host and hostess wonderful.we will lease it again a few times a year.loved the Foxes roaming the river.

What a beautiful property

What a great getaway cottage that is beyond clean and fully stocked located on a beautiful waterfront property. We've been traveling to Lafayette regularly for 10 years and we will not be staying in any hotels again, this is now our go-to place to stay. Love it!

Fantastic honeymoon stay!!

My new husband and I stayed here for 2 nights after our wedding, and we loved every aspect of this charming little getaway!Everywhere you turned were touches of luxury and attention to detail. From the lights on the porch, in the trees, the walkway up to the house, the beautiful countertops, the deep soaker tub and beyond! We will be back!

Romantic getaway

Me and my girlfriend loved this little getaway to celebrate our three year anniversary. It was so relaxing, fun, and peaceful. This house was very clean, and had everything we could need. We will definitely be coming back during warmer weather so we can go fishing in the pond and enjoying the outside patio.

Adorable, Quaint, and Peaceful

A lovely experience like stepping back in time with all the amenities! Small but fully efficient & equipped for my teen daughters and me! My parents came for Thanksgiving meal that I prepared at the cottage! I shopped at Whole Foods
