Open concept off of the living room is the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with giant island, small kids breakfast table, wall oven and microwave, electric cooktop with pot filler, farmhouse sink, wine fridge and french door fridge as well as Keurig, blender, toaster and all your eating and cook utensils. Off the kitchen is the dining room with farmhouse table and seating for up to 8. Also off the back of the kitchen is the combo laundry/pantry/mudroom with full size luxury washer dryer, cubbies and ample storage space.
