気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
To check in you have to go to bottom of hill to the Marina store and no signs to guide you. The cabin has a neighbor on other side of wall(like duplex). All other cabins are stand alone. Did not know that from photo. Had musty, cigarette smell when walked in. No where to sit to eat as microwave is on table. WiFi was terrible and no cell phone service to call out. The bathroom door did not close correctly and handle was on wrong side. No hand towels at bathroom sink to dry hands. No where to hang clothes or put bags except on floor. The window sills were full of dead bugs. Smoke alarm was missing from kitchen. TV was not working and found out was previous issue. Had to ask them to fix. Then they moved us because the TV guy was out of town. We got woke up at 11:30pm due to neighbors smoke detectors going off, which then caused the one we had to go off. The neighbor said they turned on the heat and it smoked up room and smelled like burning rubber. Since they were not able to fix the tv, they moved us to the Lodge, which was much bigger and we had no neighbors. The Lodge had the amenities that were mentioned in VRBO listing(not in other cabin). Still had a musty smell, so I cleaned the AC filters, which were nasty. Barely any internet connection there, but tv worked in living room and bedroom. Smoke alarm missing in bedroom and we saw that the fire had been previously discharged at some point. The bathrooms do not have fans and walls are wood. Also had a mouse eat our food.
