The cabin was rustic, which we loved! The hot springs were amazing! Check-in was very easy and the people working in the office were so friendly!!!

Hair dryer broke, shampoo out body soap out. Floor so slanted if not good balance could be a fall hazard. Remote volume doesn’t work. The light in kitchen was flickering until we took bulb out of lamp and replaced it. Very disappointed in the way over price that we paid

Thank you for your feedback, Brenda. We’re sorry parts of your stay didn’t meet expectations. Our team would have gladly helped with the hair dryer, toiletries, and the flickering light during your visit, and all of these items have since been addressed. We appreciate you noting the floor and remote as well — both are being checked to ensure everything is in proper working order. We want every guest to feel they receive good value and a comfortable stay, and we’re sorry this wasn’t your experience. Your comments help us improve, and we hope you’ll consider staying with us again.
