“Sunset Paradise” is Navarre Beach’s ray of sunshine. This property is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the luxurious 15th floor of Beach Colony West. Fitted with a king mattress in the master bedroom and 2 queens in the guest bedroom, “Sunset Paradise” comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Each bedroom offers a mounted TV and beautiful décor. The living room is fully furnished and decorated to appeal to those looking for an ocean themed condo, with an even better view of the Gulf of Mexico. Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV and sound bar to enhance your movie watching experience. Once you are done enjoying your favorite movies, you will be delighted to enjoy the outdoor patio furniture overlooking the water. Beach Colony resort offers access to an Olympic sized swimming pool, community charcoal BBQ grills, and tennis courts. “Sunset Paradise” is perfect for families and couples alike. **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**

We have stayed at Navarre numerous times and at numerous places. This is an awesome condo! Great views from the huge balcony! Communication with the host was easy and they respond quickly. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the condo. If you are looking for a great condo on a wonderful beach, this is for you. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Easy Flow

I was reached out to several times prior to my stay confirming all dates and times and addresses, as time neared for my stay ,I received text and emails with codes to all the gates !!!! We also were informed we could check in a little early

Sunset Paradise Indeed!

I’ve stayed at Beach Colony Navarre dozens of times over the years and the property never disappoints! This unit, Sunset Paradise (15E, West) was everything the listing promised. The living space was well appointed with clean, comfortable chairs and a sofa. Because Hurricane Francine was in the area, the large tv and access to Netflix were a “plus”. The king bed in the master suite was comfortable, though the memory foam mattress required a lot of core strength to free yourself from its grasp. It was a minor inconvenience to find the master closet was padlocked and inaccessible due to it being used for the owners’ storage of personal items, but understandable. An armoire was available in the room, though we did have to leave shoes and suitcases out in the bedroom area. The kitchen included many convenience items: abundant pots, pans and skillets - all in good repair - coffee maker, electric can opener, flatware, knives, garlic mincer and even a potato masher and electric hand-mixer! There was stemware, alas, no plastic tumblers which would be safe for the pool area. Again, the pantry in the kitchen was padlocked. A little more irritating than the bedroom closet as this made it necessary to leave non-refrigerated groceries out on the counter which, in turn, competed for counter space when preparing meals or making a cheesecake with the hand-mixer I mentioned before! The refrigerator didn’t make ice and the repairman came in to the unit unannounced while I was asleep..
