Beach Break Lower - Oceanfront, Dog Friendly duplex unit

Minimum age requirement. Registered guest must be 25 years of age or old and must be staying in the property.

Oceanfront Carolina Beach duplex rental with two bedrooms and one and a half baths. Light and airy with lots of family space. Spacious porch for sitting, relaxing and taking in the ocean views. Wifi provided and basic cable. Outside shower has hot and cold water that is perfect for an after beach shower. A pet is allowed with a $150 pet fee. Pet type must be approved prior to booking. NEW fenced in yard for your furry friends to enjoy! Both the streetside deck and the oceanfront deck off the lower level have a gate to keep your dog secure.  Only 3 blocks from the Carolina Beach Fishing Pier and Freeman Park 4-Wheel Drive Area. 
Parking for up to 3 cars.  Gas golf carts are permitted; however, it will count as a vehicle in the parking allowance.  No electric carts are permitted to be charged on site.
Keurig available in each unit. 

The upper level unit can be rented along with the lower unit for a discounted rate. Call for details.

No Smoking Permitted. 

Sheets and towels are NOT provided within the unit. The unit only provides mattress pads, pillows and comforters. If you prefer not to travel with linens, ask us about our linen rental service we have here at our office.

During the prime season (Memorial Day - Labor Day) full weeks are required for advance bookings. Shorter stays will be considered based on last minute availability.
