Wake up to stunning ocean views from every window and both balconies in this beautifully located 2-bedroom, 2-bath 892 sq. ft. condo that comfortably sleeps six. Just steps from the beach, the Pier Restaurant and Tiki Bar, this home puts you right in the heart of Carolina Beach living.

Dog Friendly!
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with an additional $125 pet fee.

Located next to Freeman Park—a favorite for dog lovers and beach adventurers—guests can enjoy year-round dog-friendly beaches and drive directly on the sand (4x4 required).

Take a short drive down Carolina Beach Avenue to the Boardwalk, home to shops, restaurants, bars, arcades, and the iconic Britts Donuts. For a day of exploring, visit the NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher or nearby historic sites. Be sure to take the opportunity to take the car ferry to Southport and explore the downtown scene if you have time.

Comforts of Home
The condo features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook meals with family and friends. A ground-floor storage room is stocked with beach chairs and toys for easy beach days.

The living room offers a 65" 4K Smart Amazon Fire TV in a large, open living space. Both couches include pull-out sleepers, providing additional sleeping options.

There was an ocean view that was very nice and the deck seating was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was check in time at 4 pm and check out 10am. All places I have ever booked were check in 3pm and out 11am which is so much more convenient to the traveler.

We loved hosting you as our guest, and we’re thrilled you enjoyed those ocean views—relaxing on the deck and taking in the ocean breeze is one of our favorite parts of the condo too. I do wish we had known about your early check‑in or late check‑out request. We always try to be as flexible as possible, and we’ve never charged for timing adjustments. As long as it’s outside the busy summer season and our cleaning team can make it work, we’re more than happy to accommodate. If you ever have the chance to come stay with us in the future, just send a msg. of any requests. :)

Our host was a pleasure to work with. Guided us along the way and quick to answer all our questions. The place was a perfect spot, just minutes away from the beach, restaurants and other attractions. The condo provided us all the amenities to make our stay comfortable, being clean, well-stocked with all the comforts of being home away from home. Too many memories, but we made memories to last us a life with our pooch Charlie. Our favorite memories were all the hidden gems to walk and learn the history of NC. Winding down at the end of the day to the sounds of the ocean from the deck. Meeting amazing people. Such a blessing to experience life at the beach.

Thank you for sharing your condo with our family. The condo was decorated so cute. This condo had everything we needed and was spotless!!! Our family loved sitting on the deck watching everyone buy pumpkins, listening to the music on the pier, and most of the ocean view. Our Australian Shepherd loved the porch also!!

Great Stay! Will Repeat!

Stay at the place was 10/10. Overall cleanliness was excellent and my wife is a stickler! Location was the best on the road! We will definitively come back to stay there! Owners supplied everything we needed for an awesome vacation! Pool and beach were a blast!

The perfect place to stay!

This was our fourth trip to Carolina Beach and this condo has been by far my favorite place to stay. Our host was excellent with communicating before and during our stay and had even decorated for St. Patrick’s Day which the kids loved. You could tell a lot of thought went into how the space would be used and it gave us a perfect home away from home with breathtaking ocean views. The whole family is looking forward to our next stay!

Awesome View

First trip to Carolina Beach, absolutely wonderful and quiet area. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The view from the balcony was beautiful and peaceful. If I had a question the hosts responded very quickly. We will definitely book this condo again.
