Capture the moment as well as the imagination at this luxury air conditioned studio oceanfront cottage on pristine and beautiful St. Margarets Bay. You can have it all in our very spacious, open concept, modernized 'home away from home' that sits right on the water's edge.

Enjoy your serene surroundings, relax on the beach, enjoy your coffee in the morning on the oceanfront deck, splash in the sparkling ocean, swim, snorkel, watch the birds, boats, occasional porpoises and whales go by, kayak, fish and make unforgettable memories with your family or your significant other.

Sleeping Arrangements:
The cottage is fully furnished and has a queen bed and two single beds and sleeps up to two adults and two children or four adults comfortably.

Adventure and Activities:
Access to four sit on top kayaks at no additional charge with life jackets for adults and two small children included. Larger kayak has a glass window in the bottom and can be used by mommy or daddy who can paddle one small child around the bay where they can see crabs, fish, or lobster.
Take your children on a treasure hunt with the metal detector, play with skim boards, bows and arrows, or fish with the two available fishing rods.

On those rainy days hang out in the living room on the couch or the floating lounger, which overlook the ocean, cuddle up in a blanket and pick a book to read from our library, watch Netflix on the Smart TV, pick from dozens of movies on DVDs, play with the Wii or PS3, or bring out board and card games, Legos and puzzles to pass the time.

For your daily workout we have a boxing heavy bag, kids and adult boxing gloves, a fingerboard for climbers, and built in pull up bars. Additional fitness equipment can be provided upon request for your outdoor training sessions. (free weights, barbells and dumbells, etc.).

Large dining room table, stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, regular coffee machine, Tassimo coffee machine, microwave oven, electric water kettle, toaster oven, outside BBQ, outdoor seating for 5 and propane fire table.

All plates, forks, and knifes, pots and pans, and basic cooking necessities like oil, salt, pepper, sugar, one roll of kitchen towels, and two rolls of toilet paper.

One set of face, hand, beach and bath towels as well as all bed sheets for every guest.
This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 days prior to the check in date.

Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted.
Please note that this cottage is in a very quiet neighbourhood with very nice neighbours who also love their privacy.
No family gatherings/reunions, parties or weddings. Due to insurance reasons, only booked vacationers are allowed on property.
Small number of guests (1-2) can visit but are not allowed to stay overnight. Vacationers are responsible for providing guest names and visit dates to owners prior to guest being allowed on property.

Smaller dogs allowed.

Absolutely no smoking in cottage or on property due to insurance reasons.

Not suitable for the elderly and not wheelchair accessible due to a hill.
