Needs a kitchen makeover

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

I've stayed in many of the units and this one was disappointing. I other units, there have been plenty of mixing bowls, tupperware, board games, captain chairs and tables on the balcony. This unit...not the case. You definitely pay for the location and view. Upon arrival, 2 of the 4 the patio chairs were broken. A lamp was broken. Be sure to bring your own Tupperware to store left overs. the fridge had a sticker labeled, "on lease from Gulfstream", the stove was outdated and did not heat up evenly. For the amount I paid, i expected a more up to date unit with plenty of household amenities. Our family has been staying here since the 70s and i would like to keep this tradition going, but the units need a remodel.
