Great House in a Perfect Location!

We absolutely loved this house! It’s spacious enough for a large group but still feels cozy for a smaller family. The layout is fantastic—everything flows easily, especially the open kitchen and living room setup, which made it perfect for spending time together. The location couldn’t be better. It’s close to everything you need: the beach, community pool, restaurants, and snack shops. Whether you’re into long morning walks or just a quick stroll for coffee and donuts, this spot is ideal. We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again!

Back to our favourite place...

Third year staying here for a month in late winter. We love staying in this comfy well equipped house. And when we've had little problems I Trips takes care of them quickly. We'll keep coming here as long as we can. For summer use it's perfect for a larger family or two families. The two masters and two bunk rooms are supported by a plethora of plates, glasses, and flatwear. They added a crock pot to an already well equipped kitchen. The Dune Allen area has become our favorite, much quieter than the eastern portions of 30A but still plenty of services. Also much of the private beach areas are open to all. One owner even posted signs showing visitors were welcome. The beaches aren't as restrictive as many have said.

Another great stay

The owners of this property graciously extended last years pricing to us so we had to come here again. We love the location, we've stay several places along 30A and we like the quieter west end. We had a small issue with the thermostat but I trips had a maintenance man on it in minutes and totally resolved it. More good news! New living room furniture that is so comfortable. Along with comfy bedding and a well equipped kitchen this place is close to perfect. The vacuum does a good job on the floors but a broom for the steps would be handy. If possible we'll be back!

Clean and quiet

One of the cleanest short term rentals we've been in, especially at the beach. Kitchen is VERY well equipped. We stayed a month and cooked in a lot so that was important to us. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms extremely nice, showers in the two large bedrooms looked to have been recently redone. The broom was kind of puny but a very useful vacuum was available. Washer and dryer are very new and easy to use. Only negative is that the living room furniture is on the sad side. We didn't need the golf cart but it is fairly new and in great shape and their price is quite the bargain compared to other rentals. It does take up parking space but there are ways to work around it. Location is outstanding. Easy walk to the beach and several restaurants including ice cream and beer. Heaven? Possibly. Our favorite fine dining, Vue on 30A, is just a couple minutes away We may break tradition and and repeat here next year...now about that furniture.

Great place to relax and spend sometime with family

Great place to stay, clean, plenty of beds so highly recommend it. An outdoor grill is a nice feature. Will definately recommend it.

Good house, very clean. but need more space for parking

We rented this house with a friend family, so two families, two vans. The house overall is clean, and convenient to get to the beach. The only problem we had is the parking, because the owner had the golf cart parked there, it is very hard to park two vans in the drive way.. The management team responded to our request every time, but it seemed like some people didn't know what the HOA rules about the parking is.. So they kept telling us they would remove the golf cart, then no one showed up. Until 3 days later, someone came and said it is HOA rules that this golf card has to park in the drive way. So except this story, our overall stay is pleasant. Kids love the bunk beds. By the way, there are some overflow parking spaces on the other side of the neighborhood, we didn't know that until a day before our leave. If management team can point that out to us, we won't struggle for the parking.

Great for large families

The house was great for numerous people and had a fantastic hang out area with the kitchen and living room. There was slight confusion about the golf cart. I was not aware that you rented a golf cart directly through the VRBO owners and instead went through their recommended rental agency that rents out beach equipment AND golf carts so I ended up paying twice as much for a smaller golf cart than the one they offer through their listing. We asked for a vacuum to help keep the floors clean while there because we couldn't find one and they dropped one off that day which was great! We would rent this place again.

Beautiful home walking distance to Gulf Place and the beach! Will stay again!

We have stayed in 38 every summer for the last seven years and by far love this house the best! Beautiful hardwood floors, bathrooms in every room and walking distance to gulf place. We hope it’s available again for our trip next summer.

Unfortunately didn’t get to stay here

Unfortunately we dis not get to stay at this property. The property was sold prior to our making the trip. We were rebooked at another house in the same neighborhood. Beautiful neighborhood and from what I could tell from the outside of this home it was a beautiful home but not sure it will be available in the future to rent. Booking company was very gracious and got us all set up. Nothing against the property there was no way to write review as N/A was not available for some of the topics therefore could not rate check in profess or cleanliness.

Thankful for our time at Beachy Keene

The staff were very responsive to all our needs before, during and after our trip. Well done. The only think I would add to the house is a broom! :) The shop-vac was nice, but a broom would have been great to get the sand out of the way during the week. We loved our time and would stay there again!

WONDERFUL HOUSE AND CLOSE TO THE BEACH

We had a wonderful time. We had 9 people staying for the week and still had room for more. We were very close to the beach and a very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this house. The kitchen had everything you would need and the washer and dryer were great. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. There was even some beach chairs and boogey boards for the kids. I would recommend Beachy Keene to anyone!!
