Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Less than 500 steps to Sunset Beach, and Walk to 3 restaurants/bars with live entertainment nightly. Convenience store in walking distance. 3 flat screen smart TV's, Beach towels and beach chairs provided. Cooler available as well as fishing rods. Very Modern and well equipped kitchen with spices provided. Enjoy cooking and wining!!!! Or order delivery. Exceptional Sunrises over the crystal clear blue water or walk to the beach for breathtaking sunsets. Thus home has 2 on site parking spaces. This home does not have a pool or hot tub.

I am very detailed oriented and when I do come down to this home I make sure that it has everything for myself and my families convenience. I keep the kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils and all items needed for entertaining and eating.

The reason I chose this neighborhood because of its convenient location to the beach, restaurants and convenience stores. Also the view is spectacular especially in the morning.

I think the modern look it has and the sundeck off the master bedroom are the main attractions of this home. Go out on your balcony and relax, drink coffee or cocktails or do you watch the sunrise over the water.
