PLENTY OF SPACE HERE WITH ALL THE AMENITIES! Why be cramped in a condo or hotel when you can have a whole house with a big back yard with privacy fencing? This charming home is just steps to the beach and a short walk to famous John's Pass boardwalk, renowned for its unique shopping, waterfront dining, lively bars, fishing charters, dolphin watching, and water sports restaurants, and shops. From the moment you walk into this charming home, you will be greeted with vaulted ceilings, updated bathrooms and kitchen with granite countertops. Once you step inside, you enter the foyer with a dining area to the right which is perfect for enjoying meals or for computer work. The living room area has a pull out queen sofa sleeper large enough for 2 people. Large and spacious fully-equipped kitchen perfect for cooking or entertaining. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed with a private bathroom and walk-in shower. This area also has a sitting area with television where the sofa converts into a queen bed. Bedroom 2 offers a king- sized bed with another sitting area which converts into a queen sleeper. A separate bathroom with a tub/shower combo just outside the bedroom door. Each bedroom has its very own door to access the outdoor tropical patio setting which offers a cushioned patio set, lounge chairs, a table and chairs with umbrella, and a grill for the perfect bbq within the confines of a private outdoor setting. Beach towels, chairs, cart and other beach items are available for use and are located in the beach closet just inside the front entrance. A hotel located across the street offers a beach bar and restaurant for convenience. This home is clean and in the perfect location on a quiet street just steps from the beach. Pet fee is $100 per dog per stay.

We had a great time! The house was perfect for 3. But could have slept more. Very clean . Plenty of room out back on a beautiful patio . Nice bathrooms . Very short walk to the beautiful Treasure Island beach! So glad to see the area is recovering. We will be back !!

We had a nice stay here! The location was great—just a short walk to the beach, and the house came with everything you’d need for a beach day (cart, chairs, towels, etc.), which was super convenient. The kitchen was updated with nice appliances, and the host was really responsive. While it’s close to the beach, the neighborhood does have quite a few abandoned houses from the hurricane, so just something to be aware of.Overall, it worked out well for us and had lots of great perks for a beach trip!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Our 2 dogs which are well behaved and us had a great time. The location was perfect. Could not ask for a better location. John’s Pass is right down the street. You would not need a car. The house inside is like brand new. The appliances all looked brand new. The streaming services were above and beyond. I can’t believe how lucky we were to pick this house. We will be back.

Amazing location in an awesome town

We were slightly worried how Treasure Island was going to be, so soon after the recent hurricanes, but were surprised to find out that the town has rebounded amazingly. The beaches are beautiful and there are so many stores and things to do.This property was definitely a highlight of our trip. The location is perfect and the home is outfitted with all the amenities you need. It's modern and spacious and the backyard is perfect for tanning and relaxing. The beds are also extremely comfortable! We highly recommend this beautiful property and Treasure Island as a place to visit and have a great vacation.

A great home away from home!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Treasure Island Beach House. It’s very cute, clean and had everything we needed. The only thing missing good weather! We look forward to coming back sometime and will enjoy the beach toys!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The proximity to the beach was wonderful and the block the house is nestled on is quiet. Johns Pass is just a short drive away. Plenty of space for our family and dog.

Very cozy home in great location

This place was perfect for my girlfriend and I along with my mother and step father. You're within (albeit about half a mile) walking distance of the John's Pass Town Center that has all of the restaurants/shops needed. Make sure to use the crosswalks when headed to the beach!

Perfect location, great stay

This little house had everything we needed and is located within walking distance from a beautiful public beach. Lovely private yard/patio area, great kitchen, a closet full of beach gear. We stayed here with a family of 5 but would also be perfect for couples given the separate and large bedroom areas. Great communication with host as well.

Wonderful break

The home was as described and shown in the pictures. The process to check in and out was very clear and communication was great. We enjoyed how close we were to the beach and many activities.

We have two adult children who live in the St. Petersburg area and purchased this home to be closer to them and enjoy paradise on the Gulf of Mexico! We enjoy making our home a cozy and comfortable setting to share with others.
