Fantastic location and the first floor is very modern/updated. The second floor is a bit date, which wasn't a major issue, but the beds were uncomfortable and the AC unit in one of the bedrooms had bits of black mold all over the vent area.

Great location - walk to town

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy cottage. 4 adults stayed comfortably and we had everything we needed. Very quiet location. Close to bike paths. We had a wonderful week.

Wonderful stay

My husband and I and our 18 month old had a wonderful stay at Jared’s house. Great proximity to town but far enough away to be removed from the noise. We hope to return next summer!

Charming Home

This property is exactly as described. The location is perfect and just a short walk to town and lots of restaurants and shops. We used the provided beach towels and chairs and made use of the bike rack in the yard. The property manager is quick to respond. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Week!

My husband and I and our two small children (age 3 and 1) stayed in the house for a week. Perfect size and accommodations and a great location. We rented bikes and had great access to town and beaches. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for exploring Nantucket

Jared’s cottage is centrally located so that you can easily walk into town or jump on the bike path to Madaket or Cisco beaches. The house has everything you need including beach chairs and a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed walking into town for dinner and grilling in the backyard.

Excellent location!

Excellent location close to town. Throw rugs could be replaced and extra linens provided for the futons. Owners have provided everything you need though. Just need to provide better directions on how to operate TVs. Very cute cottage.

Excellent stay on Nantucket!

My wife, toddler, and I had a great time in this house. It was the perfect size and perfect location. Very clean and well stocked for everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home with ease to everything

This hole was perfect. Incredible location (quiet but 10 minute walk along cobblestone Main Street into town. Also, within 30-90 seconds from the main bike paths to Cisco brewery/beach and Madaket! House is very sizable given the photos. Very charming and in great shape. Loved the little side yard for the kids as well as the front deck with chairs for some afternoon “wining”. I wouldn’t hesitate a single second about staying here again, and may very well do just that! Pricing is reasonable for Nantucket (this is our Thursday VRBO rental on ACK). Perfect for two couples and a couple of kids or a group of three friends (where one is ok on a full futon). Jared was super easy to reach about some very minimal things (ie; switching the input on the tv). Do not hesitate to check this place out! We Loved this place!

Second summer experience

This was our second summer staying here.This property is a great rental if you are looking for a close walk to town. The location is fantastic not to close but not to far from town. The property has everything you need for a great trip! The owner is very fast to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. I highly recommend staying here!

Great Spot!

We stayed here last week. It was my husband, myself and our 3 children. The cottage was more spacious than the pictures let on and I never felt cramped. Our only downfall, was having a 10 year old on the pull out couch because we got up earlier than she did! Everything was clean and airy, the deck out the front door was a perfect spot in the morning for coffee and at night for drinks or takeout dinners. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were fine. The downstairs one has been renovated and the upstairs doesn't appear to have been, but it was clean! The walk to town was easy! Even my 5 yr old was totally fine. It took about 10 minutes (at a 5 yr old's pace) to get to the top of Main Street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Nantucket Cottage

Absolutely loved my stay at this cottage. It was so clean, adorably decorated, and had all the amenities I needed. Beach towels, beach chairs and boogey boards. It was walking distance to town and surrounded by a lovely flower garden. Will absolutely come back!!

We are a mother and son from Brookline, MA. By training we are both heavily involved in the healthcare field as a healthcare consultant and practicing nurse practitioner, and a dentist, respectively. We both share strong patriotic ties to our country, as a retired US Navy Captain and an active duty US Navy Lieutenant Commander, respectively.

We have both been vacationing on Nantucket throughout our whole lives and have each spent years on the island as year-round residents. We absolutely love being near the ocean, and who could resist the quaint feel of the cobblestoned streets and historic downtown.
