Walk to Georgetown University

Easy walk to Georgetown University. Charming neighborhood, with woods, parks, restaurants, Trader Joes, Safeway, Whole Foods, shopping and buses all within a few blocks. This is an older townhouse with a dated kitchen. It is our home, so it has a bit of clutter and personal belongings.
Three bedrooms:
Five beds in total:
First bedroom: one king bed.
Second: one double and one single bed (top bunk) plus an extra single under the bed. Treadmill and barbells
Third: one single bed.
Ideal for up to four adults and two children, (or five adults).
*Note - There is a tenant in separate basement apartment (with their own entrance/washer/dryer/kitchen...)

Great location!

This row house was adequate for our needs. Beds were comfy and location superb. That being said, the older home is a bit run down and the main photo is deceiving since the house to the right is the same color. Also, there is only one TINY bathroom. I would recommend this little place for those wanting to stay in the Glover Park area for its location.

Great house and responsive owner

My friends and I stayed here for a little reunion over a weekend. The house was comfortable and a great space for 4 of us. Richard was always very responsive, including approving an early checkin request that I sent just a couple hours beforehand.

Great place to stay with family

Clean and comfortable house for a family visit with a dog. Host was very responsive and we appreciated his flexibility in accommodating our needs. There's plenty of restaurants and other stores within a walk or short drive. We were very satisfied with our decision to stay here.

Within walking distance of Georgetown.

This home had all of the basics necessary. It does need a bit of a decorator's touch to remove personal items. The owner responds quickly to any questions you might have. The home is within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and Georgetown University.

We really enjoy staying at this property. Our host was probably one of the best posts I've ever had. I would definitely stay at this house again! Great neighborhood. Definitely felt safe and lots of dining options within walking distance!

Close to everything

Great location near Georgetown. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Set your expectations, the house is old. But everything is in working order and very comfortable.There is only street parking. So if you have car, be sure to ask the host for a temporary parking permit

Vacation time

Fantastic location, with restaurants and grocery stores walking distance, DC locations a short drive away. Only complaint is too many personal belongings located throughout the bedroom and bathroom.
