Adjacent to the living room is a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bespoke refrigerator, white quartz countertops, and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. Each of the 3 bedrooms is thoughtfully put together for maximum comfort - Casper cooling memory foam mattresses, quality bedding, blackout curtains, and plenty of clothes storage.

Such a perfect place to stay! Likely the closest neighborhood to Old Town Scottsdale. Also, great access to grocery and the green belt! It’s clean, nice and has a well stocked kitchen!

Holly was very welcoming, communicative and helpful - the house was exactly as described and even exceeded expectations in most cases - between the fully stocked home and incredible outdoor space both my family as well as my pups were extremely comfortable throughout the entire stay. Can't recommend this place enough!

We loved this place. Perfect quiet location. Close enough to take scooters into old town. The pool and jacuzzi were a nice touch. We plan to visit in the future.

Perfection!

Our stay was everything we hoped for, and needed. If there was an option for giving higher than 10/10, we would!We felt right at home and had everything we needed. The house itself is amazing, the back yard and pool were perfect. We will 100% stay at this locations again!

An amazing stay!

The home is extremely comfortable, clean, and cozy! We were able to check in early, and Holly was always available if we needed anything. Beds were great, tons of kitchen appliances, and the pool was perfect. Area is pretty close to restaurants-- short drive. Would recommend!

Great place to stay in Scottsdale!

House was perfect for our vacation! We enjoyed hanging outside by the pool and firepit. House is updated and has all the amenities you need. They really thought of everything! We would def stay here again

This house is awesome!

Great location, super clean, beautifully decorated and great amenities. We rent homes in Scottsdale often as our daughter attends ASU. This is easily the best property in this price range that we have rented. It had everything we needed and the owner was so easy to work with. We will definitely be back!!

Excellent property

This house was a beautiful in person as in the photos. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We didn't indulge in the pool because it was a little chilly, but the hot tub was great. Holly was excellent with her communication. Highly recommend! recommendWould definitely stay here again.

Great house close to wverything

Was in town for a concert. This house is great. It is nicely renovated. Has everything you need and it is close to everything. Communication with the host was easy. Will definitely look at this property again when we stay in Scottsdale!

Amazing property!!

My husband was in town for business, and my son and I decided to tag along! This property was perfect and cozy! It is completely updated in every way with an amazing fenced in backyard that provides total privacy. I was able to work out on the turf out back and we were able to spend a lot of time in the pool. It is in a great location just a little over a mile to the fashion mall and all the great restaurants in Scottsdale. Holly was a wonderful host! I had gone looking for a pool raft and told Holly I was unable to find one. She immediately ordered one on Amazon and it was delivered the next morning with an air pump. Highly recommend this property!

This place was perfect for our family of 4. Very well equipped, quite neighborhood/location, great laundry room and kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Outside area and covered patio great place to relax. Highly recommend! Check in extremely easy.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property! It is centrally located to many attractions, shops and restaurants. We even ventured further out to The Grand Canyon. The property has a nice pool and hot tub area with plenty of seating and a grill along with some outdoor games. There were plenty of pool toys stored in the garage too!The indoor space has a well stocked kitchen, Two family rooms and a large dining room table. The laundry room was very large with what looked like newer machines. I highly recommend this rental! Holly was an excellent host!
