The condo itself was nice and as expected and I would have give a higher rating BUT the main bedroom bed mattress topper/ protector had been so badly soiled with urine, the urine smell was on the blanket and bed spread. I called as soon as I discovered this but maintenance wasn’t able to bring a new mattress protector or remove the soiled mattress topper until later the next day. They never did send cleaners to clean it so my vacation started off by removing the disgusting mattress topper and spending hours and hours doing multiple loads of laundry and triple cleaning the mattress so I was able to feel comfortable sleeping in the bed and not spending my vacation sleeping on a sofa. I spoke to several people about this and they kind of acted annoyed at my call and not once offered any compensation for the trouble much less an apology. Very gross and unhygienic way to start my one and only vacation of the year and unfortunately I never felt very comfortable sleeping in the bed and didn't really get the vacation rest I so desperately needed as a single mom.
