Filthy dirty

ABSOLUTELY filthy. Had not been cleaned in a long time! My dogs got fleas. Reported the problem admission the response was shocking to aay the last! PLEASE do yourself a favor & look elsewhere! Read reviews folks outs worth the read!

Very old property needs updating

The property is nice enough outside, nice deck on the canal. Inside looks like it hasn’t been updated in 20 years. Sofas are very old and sinking in. Mattresses are uncomfortable also. Table and chairs look like they’re out of that 70’s show. Cracks in walls and ceiling. Carpets are stained. Air circulation is horrible, you’re sleeping upstairs and it’s as if the ac doesn’t make its way there. Bring anything you need, toilet paper, paper towels etc. you get nothing here. They have good tv channels including the movie channels. It’s an okay place to lay your head at night but I wouldn’t come here for an extended vacation.

Unit is very old and has a terrible odor. Furniture is difficult to sit on.

The location is great! Short walk to the beach or bus. Loved that it was a dog friendly unit. The curtains are falling down, the vents covers are so dirty that it affected my allergies. Cobwebs on the ceiling, dirt all over the walls, bathtub drains very slowly, screens only half installed. No screen for the patio door. No ice maker which was disappointing. The living room furniture is worn out and smells terrible. We covered it with a blanket but there's no support in it at all. It would've been nice to have a comfortable place to sit. The master bed was comfortable, we didn't use the other beds. The bed and sofa pillows smelled horrible! Thank goodness I took my pillow! The girl at the management office at check in was very helpful and friendly! Hopefully, this unit gets updated soon!

A little unhappy

Location of rental was as advertised, could use painting on lower level. Kitchen table was extremely outdated. Not enough sharp knives. The worst thing was the living room furniture, the sofa, love seat and chair were not fit to sit on and smelled terrible. I had to cover with sheets in order to sit on. The bedrooms were comfortable. Will never rent a place again without seeing it. I can't believe other renters did not complain about the condition of living room furniture.
