This wonderful oceanside townhome has the best of all worlds. Excellent mid-town location close to all your favorite amenities. Night life, dining, water sports, miniature golf, and more are a short walk away. The world famous Ocean City sand beach and refreshing Atlantic Ocean are only steps away. The townhome features free internet service, full kitchen, full size washer and dryer, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and multiple TV's. Enjoy a view of the ocean and beach from your private balcony. Multiple balconies and two car off-street parking complete the package. Want to bring Fido? No problem, this townhouse is pet friendly with paid fee. One parking spot is in the lot and one is in the carport (height restrictions exist). This property will not last long-don't delay booking your next vacation at the beach.

Excellent location; beds were not comfortable

Seal Beach is an incredible location, close to the beach and restaurants. The property is in need of new furnishings. One of the bunk beds had a nail sticking out, one of the full beds had a mattress that bowed in the middle making it difficult for two people to sleep, one of the blinds in the bedroom was broken and couldn't be opened properly or turned so that light could come into the room. The living room furniture was not comfortable for lounging. The cleanliness was not excellent, but not terrible, railings felt sticky. There was no screen on the sliding patio doors, which would have been nice to open to get a breeze. Overall for an overnight stay, it was fine, but I would not look to staying here for a longer trip.

House was great

The house was beautiful, in an incredible location, and had plenty of bed space. The property manager was very responsive. Overall I would highly recommend this unit.
