A rare pet friendly, single family home located in the quiet bayside area of Bayshore Drive. A short stroll from the beach and world famous OC Boardwalk, this home has 2 car driveway parking and a private back yard area. Each room features a ductless AC/Heat unit, set each room to your desired temperature. The 1st bedroom is an attached efficiency with private entrance and second refrigerator. Property includes Standard and Keurig coffee maker. A short distance to amusements rides, go-karts, water park, shops and restaurants and more! Pets are welcome with a paid fee.

Unfortunately the picture shown on the site does not match how the home looks now. The grass had not been mowed and the shrubbery has taken over the front of the house. The stay was okay because we didn't stay at the house much.

Bring toilet paper!

House was nice itself but it came with no sheets, no toilet paper, and had ants all over the kitchen cabinets.

Big house, great location

We had a lovely stay at this property! The house is spacious with lots of amenities, and it was perfectly located for our stay. We were especially glad to have off-street parking and two full bathrooms available to us!

The outside trashcan was full and there was no hose The mini split in the efficiency was leaking bad but someone came out pretty quickly and fixed it The place should have curtains as the blinds were damaged and lots of light comes in

House was within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk, quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and parks. Overall our family trip was fun! We were able to cook big family meals. Place was nice.

Perfect location! Everything was in walking distance or a bus ride away. Definitely could use some TLC with the lawn. Overgrown trees and bushes taking over porch that made it difficult to load and unload car. Simple fix though. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Nice place some items needed to be cared for

Grass was not mowed, weeds grown high near front grill tank was empty not sure if we were to fill it. Some ants in back bathroom 2 wood pieces covering openings underneath building. Can openers were rusted. Nice area to stay, quiet. Close to beaches, shops, play area. Nice area to walk your pet.

Cruizin Weekend.

The house was a great location. Not to far to walk or ride bikes to get to the boardwalk. Loved that there is a seperate little apartment with king size bed and my own bathroom. That was really nice since it was me my husband two of our guy friends. The only thing I didn't like was no washer and dryer and the kind bed was a bit hard for my liking. Other then that is was great really enjoy all the room there. Would diffently stay again.
