Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish apartment as the sun dapples through the large south facing windows on the 2nd floor. Sip on a coffee in the well maintained yard or kick back in the recliner as you delve into your book. You will be sure to have a peaceful and relaxing stay in this period feature apartment.

Located in the Armory District (right next to Dexter Park) on the West Side of Providence, it's walking distance from multiple coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and Historic Federal Hill.

Distance to local spots:
- Brown University - 10 mins drive, 18 mins bike ride, 23 mins via bus, 45 mins walk.
- Downtown Providence - 7 mins drive, 10 min bike ride, 17 mins via bus, 32 mins walk.
- Rhode Island Hospital - 9 mins drive, 14 min bike ride, 30 mins via bus, 40 mins walk.
- Miriam Hospital - 15 mins drive, 30 min bike ride, 38 mins via bus, 1.5 hr walk.

Born and raised in East London, UK with roots in Mauritius, I moved to RI for my bachelor degree. After falling in love with RI and its peace and quiet (and beautiful coastline) I made it my home. I currently travel a lot for work and rent my home to you in my absence. Please enjoy my home and space and I ask you to b kind and considerate of it.

I love the peace and quiet of the West Side - away from the hustle and bustle of Brown and located one block from Dexter Park. It's a short walk from some of my favourite coffee shops on Broadway. The neighbour is up and coming and has been seeing a shift over the last few years with more development and local businesses opening up. This unit is great if you want to see more to Providence than Brown/RISD/Downtown but want easy access to them.

It's my personal touch! I have collected all sorts of souvenirs from my travels abroad - from my Japanese singing bowl, to various ceramic pieces from Turkey, postcard from Vietnam or my antiques that I love to collect. As it is my home I ask that you respect the no shoes policy (shoes can be safely left on the front landing at the top of the stairs)
