Fully renovated waterfront home nestled in the trees. Start your day with coffee on the deck, overlooking the water. Spend your day enjoying all that the private Hemlock Farms community has to offer, including community lakes with beaches, tennis/pickle ball courts, fitness center, indoor / outdoor pools and more! Or spend the day at your home away from home fishing from the dock or from the 2-person pedal boat. Wind down your day with s’mores at the firepit.


Upper Floor: Primary bedroom with king bed and primary bathroom with heated floors / Kitchen with large island overlooking the Great Room / Large window-filled great room with vaulted ceilings, skylights, deck access and a Wi-Fi enabled TV / Dining room with vaulted ceilings, skylights, and deck access / 2 sit/stand convertible desk workstations.


Lower Floor: 2 bedrooms / 1 full bathroom with heated floors / Open rec room space that includes 4 additional beds, TV and Double-Shot basketball game / Laundry room with new washer and dryer.


Indoor Amenities: AC on the upper floor / Wi-Fi / 2 Wi-Fi enabled TVs (no cable, just access your own streaming services), / Board games and puzzles / toaster / Keurig coffee maker / microwave / washer and dryer / heated floors in both bathrooms.


Outdoor Amenities: Fire pit / outdoor seating / gas grill / pond / private dock / pedal boat / many outdoor community amenities including community lakes with beaches, tennis/pickle ball courts, fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, etc. / pickleball equipment to use on community courts.


Blankets and pillows to be provided. Please bring your own sheets and towels.


You will have full private access to the house, 1 garage and property.


Dog friendly with hosts approval and pet fee paid in advance. No cats please.


Minimum stay of 30 days. Renters will be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement as per HOA requirements. Renters will be provided with a total of 6 passes to use at community amenities. Depending upon available space renters have access to an in-community children's day camp (extra fee required). Hemlock Farms has multiple events / classes throughout the summer that renters can enjoy as well.
