This place is located in a quiet neighborhood, just off of the DC Streetcar from Union Station! accessible to all the city mode of transportation. The apt has everything to make you feel at home. Perfect for those that work from home.

Two Bikes are provided for guests to easily explore the city at no additional cost.

Free Street Parking are also available.

FYI: Guest are responsible for “Lost, Stolen and Damage to the Bicycles". Locks and Helmets will be provided.

Good option

Accurate listing, clean. A bit out from National mall, but public transportation is available. I recommend getting uber if planning tobstay out late at night.

Gallaudet Student on a Budget

I was studying for two weeks at Gallaudet, and this was a great place for me as a student! Jeff was very communicative and helpful. I rode the bike he provided to class every day and back before dark (some hills but not too bad). The rest of my time I was in the room doing homework, so it was perfect for that. Good AC and good desk. I didn’t get to know the neighborhood that well, but definitely say hi to the folks at Sky-market; they made me great coffee in the morning and made sure I had my groceries and supplies! I would definitely come back again.

the bathroom was dirty and the pillows smelled awful so we actually bought new pillows and left them on the premise

Kind host. Excellent apartment. Uber or park close.

My wife and I enjoyed our Anniversary in this lovely apartment. The host was kind. The place was clean and relaxing. I gave this 4 stars only to be genuine about the surrounding area. If you get an Uber to your doorstep or drive a rental and park nearby, you are all good. We decided on our first night to take a long stroll back from the Capital Building and realized you do not want to walk around a half mile from the apartment in the evening! Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and cost-effective compared to many other options.
