Whole Foods is a 5-minute walk. Mount Sinai, Toronto General, Princess Margaret, and SickKids hospitals are all within walking distance. The University of Toronto downtown campus is 10 minutes on foot. Bay Street's financial district is 12 minutes away.

THE RESIDENCE
A 405 sqft 1-bedroom with a sleek glass partition between bedroom and living area — open, bright, and full of skyline. Stunning Avenue Road and Yorkville views from the 28th floor.

Inside: fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, smart TV with streaming, high-speed fibre Wi-Fi, hotel-grade bedding and towels.

As a mom, I’ve become extra detail-obsessed (in a good way!), so everything from cleanliness to comfort matters a lot to me. I want you to walk in and feel like “okay wow… this was a good choice."

You’re surrounded by some of the city’s best restaurants, cafés, and shopping (literally steps away), but it still feels clean, safe, and easy to navigate.

The subway is right around the corner, so getting anywhere in the city is super simple — whether you’re here for business or exploring.

What I love most is that it gives you that “Toronto experience” without the chaos. You can grab a coffee, walk around, people-watch, shop… and be back home in minutes.
