In this unit you will have access to the apartment only through the main entrance located on Rue La Fontaine, it is important to note that the stairs behind the property do not give you access to the apartment and the door to the laundry room must always remain locked, there you will find a small space where you could park your vehicle if a place is available, it is not a direct parking lot of the property, it is shared use.
