We would like to let you know that there are currently roadworks taking place on Hochelaga Boulevard directly in front of the property. As a result, some detours may be in place when you arrive.



For easier access, we recommend using **Jeanne-d'Arc Street, d'Orléans Avenue, or De Rouen Street**. These routes will allow you to access the rear of the building, where the parking area is located and where you can conveniently access the property.



In the interest of full transparency, we would also like to mention that some units in the building are occupied by long-term residents. One of the residents occasionally smokes outside the building. While smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, smoking outdoors is permitted. During the summer months, when windows are open, there may occasionally be a slight cigarette smell noticeable from outside.



We simply wanted to share this information in advance so that you can make an informed decision and know exactly what to expect. Transparency is very important to us, and we want every guest to have the best possible experience.

Great location. Clean and had many amenities. Covered parking. Host was kind and communicative. Only issue was the responsiveness for a late checkout in itself was very late.

This was a very clean apartment with lots of room. The location was great and close to the metro and several stores to get snacks and drinks.

Great for family

Very comfortable, and great location! We wake up early, so the construction nearby was not a problem The dedicated parking spot behind the unit was really great to have.

Great location

The house was in great shape, clean and exactly as advertised. It was in a wonderful location - easy walk to Metro, restaurants, shops and several places of interest! Unfortunately the road in front of the home was completely blocked off due to major road construction. This made it hard to get to and the work crew started with the jack hammers early in the morning! We felt we should have been told before we booked this unit.

Overall, it was a great stay, though we mainly used it for sleeping only, as we were out exploring Montreal quite a bit. Pros: -A parking space! We realized very quickly that Montreal is not driver-friendly in the slightest, so having somewhere to park a car was a huge help. -Clean house-Incredibly close to the metro. -Plenty of towels and linens provided. -Washer and dryer!-Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available. Cons:-If you have more than one car (which I feel is likely considering this VRBO can accommodate up to 7 people), then the location is very challenging to find parking, as a huge majority of the streets surrounding it are permit only. -(subjective) The mattresses were INSANELY firm and were quite uncomfortable for some people. -Towels were scratchy. -Washer needs a deep clean. It was quite grimy and our clothes did not smell the freshest coming out of it. Neutral:-The apartment felt pretty bare bones as far as items that make you feel welcomed and comfortable in an actual residence, and lacked items that might be found in a hotel that accommodates for longer stays. There were no paper towels, facial tissues, or charging stations available, for instance. -The furniture felt very cheap and I was concerned more than a few times that the dining room chairs would break underneath me, and I’m not a super large person.

Aranaud's place was just the right size for our family. Although the digital lock is a bit temperamental, getting in/out in easy, and the house is very secure. Comfortable beds, 1 bunk bed (great for kids), shades to block out most outside light while sleeping. Thermostats for heaters in all rooms work, as does TV, washer, dryer, hot & cold water from sinks, showers & bathroom. Back porch light plus stove & microwave made for good night lights so kids could navigate to bathroom at night. One thing that would help to reach your place late at night more easily is to note that the parking space behind this home can only be reached by a driveway on Av Jeanne-d'Arc, not Rue Hochelaga. In bad weather at night it's not obvious that Av Jeanne-d'Arc is a one way street, and cannot be turned into from Rue Hochelaga. Thank you again for responding to our front door issue!

We had a fabulous 3 night stay in this house! Plenty of room for our family of 5 and the house was super clean and looked great and was comfortable. The air conditioning was a must and the washer dryer was great. The private parking spot directly behind the house with a back entrance was perfect to park our truck. Location was perfect - a close walk to the Olympic Park and metro, a large supermarket and restaurants. Armand communicated things quickly and everything was easy. Would highly recommend!
