Laura & Brian were excellent hosts, I think the price fairly reflected the stay considering it had a shared communal space. The location and the price worked for us, the decor was very cool and the property felt safe and was quiet at night. Hosts were very responsive and flexible.

Enjoyed the pool table and the funky decor (minus animal AI art. Creeped the kids out) Location was fantastic. Enjoyed European Street rest and a local brewery. Will stay again!

Our stay was absolutely amazing and a five-star review is certainly in order! The home was spotless and completely equipped with everything we could possibly want or need to make it feel like our own. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened-in deck—having a pool table, television, and games out there gave us the perfect space to unwind and added a wonderful variety to our evenings.The San Marco neighborhood was beautiful, clean, and incredibly dog-friendly. Being within walking distance to so many great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops was a massive plus, and relaxing by the water at the Saint John's River was the perfect way to top it all off. It was everything we had hoped for and more. Thank you for hosting us!

Comfortable Living

We really enjoyed our stay at Brian’s San Marco home. We had tons of space beautifully decorated, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, absolutely everything we could need! We could walk everywhere and sunsets ar the rivers edge were fantastic!

Five Star Hosts

This is an perfectly located property. Quiet neighborhood, with easy access (walking) to shops, restaurants and the riverfront. The hosts are so accommodating! For the couple of things I needed help with, they were so quick to respond. Comfy beds and great tv. It is basically furnished, but very clean and was a good fit for me. In the 'overall rating' category, I gave 4 stars, not 5, because of its dated overall appearance. But, I would stay there again, especially because of the hosts and the location.

Very safe and spacious rental in Jacksonville/San Marco

My mom and I stayed in this property while we were in town for medical treatment. The house was very spacious and could have accommodated several more people than just the two of us. We felt very safe and the neighborhood vibe was very friendly (lots of people walking their dogs, etc.), with well manicured lawns, and very close to the river. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the towels/linens were high quality, which is not always the case. It was easy to check in and the hosts quickly responded when I had a question. There is plenty of parking in the back of the house, even for my extremely large SUV. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Very clean, wonderful hosts, seamless check-in/check-out, comfy beds, perfect location for Vystar and Florida Theatre events, easy and dedicated parking, and charming vibes! We would stay again, no question!
