Other things to note
▶ Parking: There are two parking spots available on the driveway. Please also do not park on the grass or sidewalk. Violating cars will be towed/fined at guest's expense.

▶ Pool is 3 feet on the shallow end, 5 feet on the deep end. Spa is 3 feet deep.

▶ Pool Heating is available for $30/day and is required for the entire duration of the stay. Please submit your request at least 48 hours prior to your check-in date as it takes some time to heat up the pool.

▶ Pool Safety Alarm: The sliding doors leading to the backyard are equipped with a safe pool alarm system. The alarm will sound if the delay button is not pressed when doors are opened. Press the alarm delay button on the wall next to the doors before each entry and exit. The unit will then reset automatically to resume protection.
