What You'll Love: Located in the best neighborhood in West Panama City Beach. Access to a private, gated beach - no crowds, just soft sand and Gulf breezes. Fully renovated and freshly painted interior with upscale coastal décor. Two spacious king suites, a queen bedroom, a fun bunk room, and a fifth bedroom for flexible sleeping. Open-concept living and dining area filled with natural light. Chef's kitchen with modern appliances, Keurig & drip coffee makers, blender, toaster & more. Location, spacious and wonderful!

Fabulous home on a quiet street in walking distance to the beach

This home is perfect for family vacations. It has an open floor plan (with high ceilings in the living area) and private bedrooms. Two driveways make is easy to have multiple vehicles. The private neighborhood beach is close by and a perfect place to see the beautiful sunsets. The home has a well equipped kitchen and the beds are all very comfortable. We have stayed here twice so far and will definitely come again!

Our stay at the Belaire Bungalow in PCB was nothing short of amazing! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Fantastic Location! Santa Monica is a HIDDEN GEM!

Belaire Bungalow in Panama City Beach was absolutely perfect for our vacation! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful, cozy atmosphere. The bungalow is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The private beach access was a huge plus, making it easy to enjoy the sand and waves whenever we wanted. The location is ideal—close to amazing restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet still tucked away enough for peace and privacy. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect off beach location

If you’re not wanting beach front, but the next best thing - this is it. The walk was not long whatsoever. The private beach made the whole experience 10x better. We were the only people on the beach all but the last day (which was the beginning of Memorial Day weekend) and yet there was still only 2 other families on the beach that day. The place was mostly clean, and the people before us left us a lot of things to use such as tide pods, a boogy board, and dish washer pods. If we ever come back to Panama and choose not to stay beach front again, we will definitely be back. We also had 11 people in our group (5couples and one single) and there was PLENTY of space for everybody. 5 stars for this house we whole heartedly recommend.
