The Blue Sea Star oasis is only steps from both Surfside Beach & Jetty Park. Relax on the spacious wrap around deck and enjoy spectacular views of the ocean & canal. We have blazing fast 1 Gig WiFi internet, A/C, Washer/Dryer combo, and a fully stocked kitchen. Our beach retreat offers 4 rooms total, 2 rooms have deluxe king beds, large closets, & private ensuite bathrooms, convenient for groups & families. There is an open living area with a 65' smart TV & board games to socialize & entertain.

This property is the perfect location with walking distance to the beach. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The rooms were spacious and accommodating. It was a perfect fit for our stays with family and friends.

Overall, the place was great for our family and well furnished. There was prompt communication with the host before during and after the trip including accommodating a request for a grill and for a pet. Location was close to public beach access.

Our stay was very comfortable. The unit is very well organized and very clean with all required utensils in place. Location is excellent as well. The best part - ability to see warter from deck and we enjoyed early morning sunrise by walking to the beach.

Weekend Beach Retreat

Our family with elders and a kid enjoyed our stay at Beachside Retreat. Close proximity to beach with clean interiors and adequate amenities such as Towels, Appliances, Toiletries, Bedsheets, Toys giving a hassle free stay for 2 days.

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful house, great location. Enjoyed watching the ships go by. We fished, boogie boarded, and swam. There were 3 generations of us. The house was perfect with 3 bathrooms. We really enjoyed the deck watching the night sky as well. Wonderful memories of a great holiday!

Very good location, walking distance from multiple sites (park, beach etc) home was spacious and clean . Cabinets in the kitchen had labels for kitchen items. Great place

Really enjoyed our stay at The Blue Sea Star! You really can’t beat the location and proximity to jetty, playground and beach. Travelled with two littles and could walk / wagon easily. A few minor suggestions to truly be a perfect/exceptional stay. Would recommend this property for families.

Great location, Amazing views

Firstly the host was very responsive, which really made arrival and check out and everything in between stress free. House was clean with games and more. Ample relaxing places in and out. The views of the passing boats on the Getty, were breathtaking and so peaceful from the wrap around patio. Access to the beach just steps away. We really enjoyed our stay! Just what we needed!

Perfect Layout and Location

We stayed at the Blue Sea Star to celebrate my son’s birthday. It was the perfect set up for our group. So spacious, clean, and decorated so well! The location was perfect - only steps away from the beach and the jetty. It was quiet and peaceful. Most of all I appreciate Tam’s excellent communication and hospitality. We live in Magnolia and happened to lose power the day we were leaving to be at the beach. Tam set us up early to make sure we had somewhere to go with power and AC. I would highly recommend the Blue Sea Star!
