Rental Agreement & Security Deposit
This home is professionally managed. Guests are required to electronically sign a rental agreement
- A refundable $250 security deposit is required
- Deposit is held and released after checkout, provided there is no damage
- All payments are handled securely, and full details are provided immediately after booking.

- Service animals are welcome, in accordance with platform policy

BEST EVER!!!!!!

Look no further, this is IT! The property was super clean and location was steps from the beach. When I say this house had it all I mean it had it all. From dishes, filtered water, coffee, extra towels, pillows you name it. Tons of family games and movies. The owners are super generous when it comes to a lot of the things most owners are stingy about. They seriously had plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, detergent, I mean seriously, these owners are just AMAZING!! We only had a little bit on issues with the golf cart but when we reported it to the owners they were super quick to remedy the issue and take care of us. This was truly the best vacation rental I’ve been to in a while and I have been to several beach front nice/expensive properties in Port A. And South Padre and I can honestly say these guys truly have a wonderful vacation rental and by far the BEST customer experience. You will not regret using this place, and we’ll definitely use them again!

Awesome House

The house was amazing easy beach access. The house had everything you needed to go out to the beach which made it super easy and convenient. The host's were awesome checking on us to make sure we were good and if anything was needed. I will definitely be staying at this house on are next beach vacation.

Sweet Sixteen

We rented for the weekend to celebrate our daughter’s 16th birthday with family and a small group of friends. We loved everything about the property. Super clean inside and out. Excellent communication from the property manager. Short walk to the beach. Will definitely start my search here the next time we are looking for a Surfside Beach house!

Great house steps from the beach

Danielle has done a lot of work to make the check in process smooth and was very quick to respond to messages. The house was great for what we needed. The only issue we had was with the thermostat resetting to 74 in the middle of our first night there and that was fixed after a quick communication with Danielle.

Perfect beach getaway!

We took a quick trip to look at property in the area and to enjoy the 80 degree November weather, and will definitely be back for a longer stay as we continue our search. Danielle was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating (allowed early check in). The door code was easy to use and remember and the place is gorgeous and does not convey like a typical rental. It is extremely clean, well decorated, and finishes are higher end than I expect in a short term rental. Beds were very comfy and there were many thoughtful touches (multiple fan and pillow options, well stocked coffee bar, makeup removing clothes, board games and DVDs, etc.). The location is just 1 row off beach with a sandy path. I would say 1-2 minutes walk from beach to front door. The decks provide great ocean views. The provided wagon, boogie boards, sand toys and crabbing gear were much appreciated by my kids. There is also fishing gear, chairs and a cooler. We also appreciated the outside shower and foot wash. The location is perfect. You can walk across the road to the crabbing pier as well as a golf cart rental/beach shop, and a convenience store. There are several restaurants and beach shops within a mile.
