The house is conveniently located to the beach (1.5 miles), downtown Rehoboth and the outlets!

We offer 6 bikes and beach chairs. so in addition to the beach you and your guests can also enjoy the various bike trails such as the the Junction and Breakwater Trail which goes into Lewes or Rehoboth, or biking along Coastal HIghway to Bethany or bike thevGordon's Pond trail from Rehoboth to Cape Henlopen State Park.

No pets are allowed.

There is free parking available for two vehicles as well as ample parking on the street.

Due to local HOA requirements guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The Space:
MAIN LEVEL:
Upon entry to this 3 level townhouse you will find the kitchen, a dining room and living room combination, a half bath, a master bedroom with a King bed and ensuite bathroom. The laundry area is also on the main floor. From here you will also gain entrance to the sunny, serene deck that overlooks a pond. There is also a grill in the back for those of you who like to grill out!

The garage contains 6 bikes so you and your guests can enjoy the various bike trails such as the the Junction and Breakwater Trail which goes into Lewes or Rehoboth, or biking along Coastal HIghway to Bethany or bike over to Gordon's Pond to Cape Henlopen. Of course biking into Rehoboth is a great also.

The garage also contains 8 beach chairs and two beach umbrellas for your use during your visit. We also have a pickleball set, some footballs and a soccer ball or two!


LOWER LEVEL:
The lower level (below the main level) is where you will find 1.5 baths, two bedrooms. one that can sleep up to 6 people (a bunk bed with two full mattresses and a trundle nd a large living area with a 75 inch TV.

UPPER LEVEL:
Upper level (3rd floor) This is where you will find two additional bedrooms with queen beds, a twin trundle with a lower pull out for two people as well as a full bath and a loft area where you can relax.
