Enjoy a peaceful retreat less than a mile from the beach when you stay at Little Palm Villa! Only half a mile from downtown Hobe Sound where you will find locally owned restaurants and bars, boutique style shops, art galleries, and even a new brewery. The space is clean, cozy and fully stocked with everything you should need. It offers a full size washer and dryer along with a queen size sleeper sofa. Take the bikes for a ride down Bridge road where you will be greeted with the most beautiful banyan tree tunnel and end at the dog friendly Hobe Sound Beach. Centrally located you can ride bikes to get coffee, eat out, and even grocery shop.

Host was very attentive and accommodating to our needs, respond to any questions within short time. We found the Little Palm Villa to be clean, comfortable, and well supplied. Its prime location was perfect for our visits to beach, state parks, federal nature preserves. Restaurants, groceries and carry-outs close by. Wonderful time, do it again. Thanks

This is one of the cleanest and nicest VRBO’s we’ve stayed at. Place was immaculate, and we are picky. Very well positioned for privacy and also close to convenient shopping and food. We will add this place to our favorites and definitely stay again. Very pleased. Only downside was it was close to railroad tracks but wasn’t as noticeable as we thought it would be.

The property was very well decorated and cleaned. We love the beach so close. It is the perfect size little bungalow for 2 people.

Pros: Clean, parking with partial shade from palm tree, Brita water container, well supplied Keurig except sugar, basic supplies (no foil etc), beach chairs/umbrella although we didn’t get to use them. Con for some: there is a train that goes by 1-3 times per night. Doesn’t blow horn and isn’t real close so didn’t disturb us. Clitch: We couldn’t get the tv remote to work despite written instructions. Too late to contact host 1st night, next day we were running and host couldn’t meet us in the evening so 2 nights without tv. However, made appointment the next day and Brittany came over and really spent time trying to make it work. Ended up buying a universal that worked great! She was super nice.Suggestions to host: only one side of sofa had a table and there were no lamps, just overhead light. Same for the bedroom - no lamps. (Although there was a remote to operate the ceiling light/fan which I didn’t notice until leaving)No tissuesOnly electric outlet in bedroom was behind the bed - Perhaps an extension cord or usb power block could help.Luggage rack would be niceHave a recycle container insideOverall, though, it was a pleasant stay. Cute little place.

Great communication, easy check-in, clean and spacious. Location is great, plenty of shops and wonderful restaurants within a stones throw, close to the beach. The bicycles are a great addition, definitely booking here again.
